Poor communication; they ended up sending me with another agency that took over my trip at the last minute. They arrived half an hour late and everything was rushed. It is not enjoyed the same way; they rush you at every stop, and you spend more time in the van than anywhere else.
The upper part of the waterfall is wonderful, it is difficult to get there but it is incredible once you arrive, there are postcard landscapes the entire way, the lakes are incredible, divine views, everything you discover on this tour is very beautiful❤️
