- Child tickets valid for guests 11 years old or younger. Children under 2 are free.
- Family tickets valid for 2 Adults and 2 Children only (between 2-11 years old).
- No outside food and drinks can be brought into the park.
- Children under 11 years old must be accompanied by an Adult.
- Pets are not allowed in the park.
- Guests may be asked to present a valid form of identification matching the name shown on the ticket.
- During the peak season period June to August, entry on preferred date may not be available if Waterbom has reached its maximum capacity.

If you go as a family, you only receive one wrist band. You purchase everything inside the park with the wrist band. Best to get multiple bands.
We all had a very enjoyable day. We had a gazebo and hired towels. I was worried the wrist band payment method would be difficult but it wasnt. All the rides were declared amazing by my kids. Very clean park with many helpful always smiling staff. We spent entire day 9am to 6pm and could of stayed longer. Definitely recommend.
Had been before. Delighted to find even more enjoyable rides. As a retirement aged woman i still love the adrenalin rush of the extreme rides as well as the moderates. As a retirement aged body, not so keen on wandering in my swimsuit, but actually absolutely noone cared or made me feel self conscious at any time. A lot of stairs to climb, no question but definitely do-able with all day to get my fill. Chose to take break for a couple of hours to shop and eat in Kuta, though park prices were less exhorbitant than other experiences. Staff were extremely friendly and encouraging, though we did find signage less than adequate, and VERY confusing at times to match ride names with the ride we were actually trying to access. Despite this we had a blast, and found wait times, especially for extreme rides, very reasonable. Along with good snorkelling waterbom park was DEFINITELY a highlight of our trip, and we look forward to sharing with grandkids at another time.
The waterpark was really fun and the slides were really fun too! I loved all the slides but boomerang was my fav so u should definitely try that one! The overall waterpark was good too like the vibe. i just wish there were more waterslides

Waterbom Bali is a excellent day out , a great range of water rides for everyone, we went as a family & we all blown away with how good this park is, the layout makes it very easy to get around and signs stating line up times👍🏼👍🏼, locker & towel hire was very convenient & the location is very central to most things in Kuta. With Bali’s climate this place is a must.
The slides are very good! Children and adults will both enjoy the bigger ones! Great set up, bit pricey once you are in there but to be expected. Some of the slides are very fast so they were picky on swimwear, particularly buttons or studs, understandable really but do double check your clothing and make sure it’s only fabric without any fasteners otherwise you won’t get on the slides, some people turned shorts inside out or had to buy new from gift shop. Highly recommended.
Great property very well presented but not enough seats. I spent about 5 hours walking around with no where to sit. We arrived at 11am no cabanas available either. Quite expensive admission then had to hire towels and a locker. Food overpriced could not take anything in. Kids enjoyed it though.
It's a nice place to take the kids on vacation, the service is also friendly, suitable for you couples who want to make children more loving.
We had the BEST day at Waterbom! Our whole group loved the slides, kids area and lazy river. The main pool is also beautiful. Food is a bit exxy but that’s to be expected. If you pack snacks FYI they will take them for you as they check your bags. You can hire towels to save taking your own in. I love the system of putting money on a wrist band when arriving at the park and paying with the wrist band. If you have money left on it they refund you at the end and you can top up as well through the day. Try and arrive right on 9am to get a pool chair in your preferred spot if not hiring a gazebo. Make sure you check height restrictions before going to avoid disappointment. The park is so clean and lush with beautiful gardens everywhere. We will absolutely return when in Bali next!
