- Assistive Listening Devices Guests with hearing impairments may sign out a transistor radio free of charge from Main Guest Services located in Center Field Plaza. A valid government-issued ID will be held until the device is returned. These devices are available for all Nationals baseball games.

Getting tickets was quick and hassle-free. The seats were exactly as described, and everything worked without any issues. I ended up paying less than I expected compared to other options I looked at. If you’re flexible and check close to game time, you can find some really good deals. Overall, a great experience and I’d use them again!
I wasn’t able to use the information emailed to me or the ticket. Nats customer service acted as if they never heard of this company. Ended up having to buy a new ticket. This was for my birthday 😔 will just purchase at the stadium from now on.
