Even with several road closures due to State Fair & 250 celebration preparations, this DC Scandals Tour was an excellent combination of walking, van riding & fun history information!
Embarrassingly poor. I feel bad being so harsh but our guide had to google nearly everything to provide any info. Nice guy, very friendly but come on. You need knowledgeable folks doing the tour. In addition, the “scandals” angle was very misleading. Not much in that arena.
Guide had a great personality and full of energy. not sure if he was new but needs to work on his knowledge as he was lacking a bit. Also, it wasnt really about any true crime stuff.
Cancelled the night before the tour causing me to scramble to find a new one. They said it was due to not enough people signing up. So have back up plan if you book this, they may cancel last minute.
Really fun highly recommended! Learned a lot about the fun history of Washington DC! Makes me want to come back again!
Amazing tour! We had an amazing time. Lots of fun facts about scandals over the years. Sam was a great guide but couldn’t had done it without our driver, Leonard.
Wonderful time - the tour guide was entertaining and knowledgeable but what mostly stood out to me was he was funny, genuine and enthusiastic about what he was doing and the history he shared. Time and money well spent!
Excellent tour with Derek and Lenny. We learned a lot and had great fun. We saw a lot of DC by night with festive decorations which was in itself a real bonus. Small group made it personal. Liked access to the Kennedy Centre and its roof top. Highly recommend.
Highly recommend! I’m a local and there were tidbits on this tour I didn’t know about, which were great! The whole reason for joining the tour was to learn; glad that I did. Sam was a great guide! Knowledgeable and full of energy, which made for an even more interesting tour! Kudos to Curtis as well, our driver extraordinaire! Thanks for keeping us warm and for driving safely.
A different type of fun for DC! If you like drama and the juicy gossip of what really happened behind the scenes- this tour will be fun. Derek the tour guide was entertaining and really knowledgeable. Recommend 10/10.
