It was an good experience. I had a great time albeit my friend couldn't make the trip. No matter, I made it a pleasurable experience
We had a really nice time. The Pirate Ship was cute, DJ played excellent dance music and the rest of the crew was cheerful and helpful. After we left the Georgetown Harbor the included bar was open with something for everyone in our party (Stella Artois (beer), white wine, Captain Morgan (rum) & Bulliet (whiskey) for our group). We knew that as the sun set on our 6:45pm cruise that it would get chilly, so we brought light jackets. The ship pulled up right before disembarking the prior very cheerful group and loaded us quickly and orderly. We were taking pictures the entire time as you have fantastic views of our nation's capitol city from the water. There are two small heads (bathrooms) and a small covered area on the lower deck. The captain is on the upper deck which we went back and forth to. Captain Ed was amazing, dressed as a pirate and answering all my peskey nautical questions. We even got a great picture with him! The other passengers were unusually friendly (for D.C.) and we all sung happy birthday to one girl. 2 hours went by so quickly, we'll have to do this again!
