We had an awesome guide. ...

We had an awesome guide. She was fabulous, extremely knowledgeable. The company she works for should do better with logistics. They didn't have enough vehicles available at the start, so we started 20 minutes late.

Nice way to see DC Monuments

A good tour with good information, however, you will not have much time to get out and look around. It is a good way to see where the monuments are located and get back to see them on your own.

Dishonest company-pick another one

Sadly, this company is dishonest and in violation of the ADA. We booked a golf cart tour, but when we showed up the company had only a large van. The weather was bad that day, so we had contacted them earlier to see if the tour would even take place. We were assured it would. But again, once we got there they told us we had to take the van. A member of our party could not use the van as it was not accessible for her. In addition, this was not what we booked. No one wants to be cramped into a van on a scenic tour where you can't see out of the windows. While we do understand the possible threat of weather (note that it never even rained), the company still should have notified us of the change and given us an opportunity to make other arrangements if needed. I asked for a manager to call me to talk about this, but the company has stopped responding to me. There are many other companies that do this tour. I suggest picking another one to save yourself the headache.

Operator response

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely regret that your experience did not meet expectations and understand how frustrating this situation must have been, especially when accessibility needs were involved. Due to safety concerns related to weather, we occasionally substitute vehicles to ensure tours can operate safely. We did have the tour available and were prepared to provide the service; however, the alternative vehicle was declined by your party at that time. We understand this was not the experience you anticipated and respect your decision. We would also like to clarify that standard golf carts used for sightseeing tours are generally not wheelchair accessible, as they are not designed to safely secure wheelchairs or provide proper accessibility equipment. We acknowledge that clearer communication regarding vehicle changes and accessibility limitations should have been provided in advance. We apologize for any frustration caused and appreciate your feedback, which helps us continue improving our communication and service.

Very disappointed as the both carts people pay the same amount of money, didn't last the full time also missed the MLK stop without a reason provided by the guide
