We had to cancel and did not take this tour and were not given a refund which really stinks - I find them not easy to deal with on some of these items where circumstances are out of your control - also had several tours and transportation with them over the last 10 days so you would think they would be more willing to work with us. The other Tours and transportation was good so do not want to take away from that.
Fantastic way to see DC! The tickets for the 2 hour tour were $55 each and we thought it was worth it. The atmosphere was really fun. We felt safe as we road mostly on sidewalks along with some bike lanes. Our group was 9 people, max of 15 which was good. Matt was our tour guide and he was awesome. Very personable, informative, and communicated well. He took great pictures for us and had nice humor. Best for all ages. There were a couple families with little kids on tandem bikes, which might be mandatory. The bikes and helmets provided were excellent. I will do a bike tour every time I come back to DC!
Thank you so much for this fantastic review! We’re thrilled to hear you had such a great time exploring DC with us. It’s wonderful that you enjoyed the fun atmosphere, felt safe along the route, and found the experience to be great value. Matt will be especially happy to hear your kind words—he’ll love knowing his personality, knowledge, and photo skills made your tour even more memorable! We’re also glad you appreciated the group size and equipment, and that it felt like an experience for all ages. Thanks again for the recommendation—we’ll be ready for you next time you’re back in DC! 🚲
Fun and interesting bike ride to major points of interest in Washington DC. Ride to important historic monuments in a small group.
Great tour to get a look at the major parts of DC. We are here during the government shut down so many of our tours are cancelled. Greg gave us great historical tidbits along the way. We did the e-bike option and I highly recommend doing that as I think we got to see more as the faster path has uphill parts that you probably wouldn’t do on a regular bike. Overall so glad we did it and would do it again! Thanks Greg!
Bike tour of the highlights of Washington. A very nice experience! Our guide Greg guided us safely through traffic and told us lots of fun facts about all the impressive buildings. Highly recommended!
Due to a flight delay, we were unable to attend. As soon as we landed, we directly contacted the tour operator and received no reply. It has now been over 24 hours and still no reply.
The advert says that good weather is necessary for the experience, but on the day there was torrential rain and reported risk of flooding. Being out on a bicycle would clearly have been unsafe, but despite that, they refused a refund! This is not a company to be trusted.
The guide was very interesting, passionate about what he does and good advice, I recommend without hesitation. Thank you for this discovery.
It started on time. The bike rode great. We had strong headwinds and the shift was therefore very important and went well. The guide has chosen the paths very well. Told competently with photos. The group consisted of 6 adults and three children, which was a nice small number. If we didn’t understand everything it was due to our English and the strong wind. Although we have done many tours in English and understood more there. Unfortunately, the Lincoln memorial is not part of the two-hour tour. We visited this on foot afterwards. The only thing that was irritating was that we had to pay $1 before we started and didn't know what for. We would recommend the tour to anyone, maybe an e-bike in strong winds. The distances between the sights are simply too long.
The tour guide, Hose was helpful, provided information for taking photos at important spots, and helped us throughout the ride. Overall I have enjoyed the ride and would recommend this tour to anyone who loves cycling.
