We’ve had the pleasure of Olivia’s knowledge and expertise before on another tour. This one, around Praga, was no different. Who would have thought street art could be so interesting? Also, this was a great way to see some of what Warsaw used to look like. Highly recommend this tour and anything that Oliwia leads. She’s fantastic.
I could not participate for accident found in the street, I wrote to the owner of the tour operator if a partial refund was possible I did not receive any reply.Zero professionalism
When the tour was about to start, we sent a message to the traveller asking if she was joining. She informed us that she wouldn't 45 minutes later. Despite this, we still gave her a refund, as requested. Then she left this review. We contacted her to remove the review since she received a refund. She had already blocked the number. We contacted her through our second number and she agreed to take down the review. She didn't. We contacted Viator to remove the review since it is an outright lie. They refused.
Olivia was an amazing guide and provided such an in-depth history of Praga. She was very accommodating of our slow pace (we had a family member with mobility difficulties) and many questions and provided excellent recommendations for where to eat and shop. I appreciate that she included information on how local residents feel about dispossession and gentrification instead of only focusing on the positive changes to the area. Thank you Olivia!
It was a scam. I showed up at the agreed-upon location and an English guide showed up. When I hired her in Spanish, it can be done. So it was disappointing, a waste of time, and a scam. If they don't offer tours in Spanish, don't promote them and then send an English guide. Totally FACE
The traveler did request a Spanish speaking guide, however, she made a reservation for an English language tour. Other languages are only an option and subject to availability. The Spanish speaking guide wasn't available. Immediately after making the booking, the traveler was notified that the tour will be in English, not Spanish. The day before the tour, there was another notification that the tour will be in English. Perhaps if the traveler read our messages, this wouldn't be such a surprise. At the meeting point, we agreed to a partial refund and the traveler said that it's not their fault or ours, but Viator's. 20 minutes later, the traveler files for a full refund and the next day writes an aggressive 1 star review without even waiting for the refund process to finish.
Aga (sp? ..our guide) was amazing. The pacing and depth of information was perfect. Our guide was or had been a resident of Praga and showed us some spots we wouldn't have found ourselves. I would definitely recommend this.
We really enjoyed this walking tour of Praga! Olivia, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable about the history and culture of this unique area of Warsaw. We highly recommend taking her tour!
the tour was very interesting, Oliwia is in love with what she does and that translates into her walk! She showed us Praga district and talked about then and now and it was very informative. I highly recommend this tour
The tour was wonderful and very adaptive. I was the only attendee on a weekday morning when it was raining, and they did not cancel! I really appreciated how Oliwia balanced historical information with anecdotes. I loved learning about more modern Poland through the eyes and architecture of Praga. The team provides a lot of great resources to learn about and explore Warsaw on your own time after the tour.
It was a nice and pleasant tour with Oliwia. Thank you for the tour despite the only booking. It was interesting to get to know Praga better and to find out that it has nothing to do with Prague in the Czech Republic!
I highly recommend the tour through the Praga district with Oliwa. I am absolutely delighted. Oliwia showed us Praga out of the box, every place was interesting, I did not expect it to be so much fun. On the plus side, a coffee break during the tour (on a cold day). Amazing!
