Meet your guide next to the anchor monument in front of the main entrance to Katedra Polowa Wojska Polskiego (Field Cathedral of the Polish Army, opposite the Warsaw Uprising Monument), Długa 13/15, 00-238 Warsaw

- St. John's Archcathedral and St. Anne's Church are free to enter outside of masses and special events. Tower access requires a paid ticket available on-site. Check their websites for the latest schedule.
- Royal Castle tickets allow you to bypass the ticket queue but not the entrance and security checks. Access is for the permanent collection. In November, the Lanckoroński Gallery is excluded due to special events.
- Skip-the-line tickets to the Palace of Culture and Science viewing terrace bypass the ticket office but not security checks.
- For the best experience, we limit our group size to 1–10 guests per guide. Additional guides will be arranged for larger groups.

We booked a private Highlights of Old Town Warsaw tour and met our guide, who was pleasant and polite. Unfortunately, the tour itself was quite disappointing. I’ve travelled extensively and done countless city tours over the years, and this is the first time I’ve ever found myself wanting a tour to end early. The delivery was very dry, with little enthusiasm or engagement. The history felt disconnected, and there were no interesting anecdotes, local insights, or recommendations that usually bring a city to life. We were really hoping to come away with a deeper appreciation of Warsaw and its Old Town, but the experience felt very flat and lacked any real flow or personality. I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but all 13 of us on the tour were left feeling rather baffled by the experience. It simply didn’t meet the standard we’ve come to expect from guided city tours.

Mariola was an excellent, exhaustive enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide and had an excellent introduction to the history and architecture and monuments and churches of Warsaw Old Town.... unfortunately the whole of the Old Town was completely destroyed (including the Palace) during He Warsaw Uprising in WW II... and the entire area has been rebuilt as it was before... we entered the St. John’s Archcathedral and saw the Royal Castle from the outside. It was a sunny afternoon as we soaked the beauty and vibrancy of the Warsaw Old Town... Highly recommended!
A perfect guided walk through Warsaw’s Old Town! Our guide Maria was fantastic – she took into account the group’s specific interests and tailored her storytelling accordingly. She shared the history of Warsaw and Poland, as well as insights into the present day, in a colorful and personal way. The tour was also really interactive, with just the right amount of questions to keep everyone engaged. Super interesting and engaging overall – 10/10! We also got great tips for the rest of our trip. And of course, the Old Town itself was absolutely beautiful and fascinating, made even better by the perfect weather!

Ella was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed our tour. We paid for a 4 hour tour and were surprised it ended early after 3 hrs 20 minutes. However she was nice and provided a good tour.

Fantastic guided tour. Guide was there early and helped in every way possible. She had a vast knowledge of the town and history. She took me to every site listed and some hidden gems as well. Cared to make sure I was taken back to the hotel even after the tour was passed schedule but it a good way.

Beautiful old Town! Not as big as in Gdańsk but beautifuly restored after the war. I hope it will never change. For sure "must see".
