Join Santa and his elves at their off-season retreat for two 18-hole adventures. Winter Summerland is different from any other miniature golf course you’ve ever experienced. That’s because Santa Claus, himself, designed it! Late one Christmas Eve, as Santa was flying back to the North Pole, he discovered snow in Florida. After surveying the strange sight, he decided to build a vacation destination for his off-duty elves, a Winter Summerland. Seeing that the only thing Winter Summerland lacked was a golf course, Santa and his elves divided into 2 camps, one that enjoyed the warm Florida sun and another that preferred the snow and cold of the North Pole. The elves then built 2 distinctly different 18-hole golf experiences: a sand course named "Summer" and a snow course named "Winter."

n May 20, 2026 at approximately 12:50 PM, a content creator Ed at the parks live streamed on Tiana’s on Tik Tok using his phone. He was positioned in front of us for the entire ride with a women beside him speaking loudly and recorded the whole time throughout. Multiple influencers posted preview content of the Muppets attraction online throughout the week. My husband: 30+ years of loyal visits (since childhood) • His mother: Longer than that • Me: 10 years of regular visits • Visiting 2-3 times per year, full price every time We are not passholder families. We receive no discounts. We pay full price for every visit. The saturation of streaming and content creation on attractions is destroying experiences. As full price paying guests, we’re investing thousands annually for experiences that are simultaneously: • Livestreamed for free on TikTok • Posted as previews on YouTube • Being compromised by content creators We planned to visit in August with all 12 family members (multi generational, full price). After this week and talking with our family , for the first time we are reconsidering this booking and looking at alternative destinations. If streaming on attractions continues without enforcement, a 30 +year family tradition will end.
I never imagined I would be writing a review like this, especially while staying on Disney property, but our recent experience with the Disability Access Service (DAS) process was so upsetting and mishandled that I feel other families need to be aware of what they may encounter. My son has a formal, long‑standing diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder from a board‑certified Neurologist and Neurosurgeon. He has used both the old GAC system and DAS in the past without issue. This trip, however, we were met with a level of unprofessionalism and inconsistency that left us stunned. During our DAS video call, the Cast Member assisting us, Alessi, repeatedly interrupted me while I was trying to answer questions on behalf of my son. Her tone and behavior were dismissive and made it clear she did not respect my role as his mother or advocate. I eventually had to ask her to stop speaking over me just to get through the conversation. The situation escalated to a supervisor named Dennis, who was polite but unable to answer basic questions about the process. When I asked about the credentials of the “medical professionals” reviewing my son’s case, Dennis admitted he had no idea whether they were licensed doctors. This was alarming. Disney allowed individuals of unknown qualifications (people we had never met, who spent only moments reviewing my son’s needs) to override the diagnosis of a specialist who has treated him for years. When I asked how this was possible, I received no clear explanation. What made this even more confusing was Dennis’s statement that Disney “doesn’t use disabilities as a basis for whether someone can receive a DAS,” despite the service literally being called Disability Access Service. He acknowledged how contradictory that sounded, yet still insisted that even with a documented neurological disability and a history of using DAS, my son could be denied access. The entire experience left us feeling dismissed, unheard, and frankly discriminated against. Instead of supporting families with legitimate needs, the current DAS process seems designed to gatekeep access through opaque rules and unqualified decision‑makers. It was humiliating to have my son’s diagnosis questioned by people who could not even confirm their own credentials. We were not able to use our park tickets because of the lack of accommodation and so they went to waste. We came to Disney expecting compassion, understanding, and the inclusive environment they claim to provide. What we encountered was a system that failed my son at every step. No family dealing with a disability should have to fight this hard just to be heard, let alone accommodated. I hope Disney takes a serious look at how their DAS process is being implemented, because right now, it is broken and people like my son are the ones paying the price. I have emailed them (days ago) while I’m still on property and no one has responded.
It's the best thing it's something amazing you enjoy everything at Disney the park is very tired but very fun and magical
This was a first time experience, and I honestly can say, it was the worst experience I have ever had at a theme park. Insanely overcrowded on a Tuesday, of all days??? Plus, many of the attractions were dysfunctional. -Space mountain, I waited 4 hours to get on the ride. Only half of the rollercoaster was working. Old and dilapidated, with ancient thrill. -Jungle Cruise wait was 1 1/2 hours, to see antiquated, animatronic animals. My God! We are in 2026, this boring stuff is from 1950s! For the outrageous pricing, these characters should be robotic and even SOMEWHAT realistic. Even the colors of the characters, were so sun-bleached, it looked so bad and sad. -Pirates of the Caribbean, waited 2 hours for this? Unbelievable that there seemed to be no cut-off on ticket sales! Spent 8 hours there, 2 people for nearly $500 for a few attractions. You kept selling to the point of nowhere to even sit down. We were there on a TUESDAY! Tuesday??? My head is still spinning, thinking how disgusting it would be on a weekend. $500 for ancient technology and overcrowding. Shame on Disney...
park hopper pass you'll be charged every day even if used only 1 day. Food plan sucks: both r a Total money grab! We didn't use all of our fast food options; however when we did sit down for 1 meal they charged us for chili fries because guess what that wasn't part of the "food plan" apparently. Disney has no problem charging for this yet we didn't obviously get a credit for a lot of the food plan we didn't use. I can't express enough how over charged Disney is. Why do ppl pay this and how do families afford this!? We have the money and still think it's the biggest money grab! Animal kingdom is a luxury resort yet they don't even offer breakfast! The breakfast buffet is over $100 for our family of 3. Come onnnnn. They offered S'mored every evening but guess what? You have to pay more money. They charged $7 for the chocolate.
Daughter wanted to see Donald Duck they let her in by herself to see all the characters. She loved every minute of it. Kool
The park is very expensive and keeps going up. We went in November for 3 days. I’ve been to Walt Disney World a lot and used to love it my last time was in 2014 so I figured 11 years there would have been some updates. I was mistaken the park is so old looking. The rides are breaking down, the animatronics are breaking down they don’t even move their mouth as they used to do. There are a number that are broken. Food super expensive and subpar. The wait lines are huge for any ride that is good. There was a physical fight in line for Space Mountain and no employee would get security. We were all scared that we would get hurt and kids were crying but no employee got security even though about 20 of us asked to get security. It is also down right frightening trying to get out of the Magic Kingdom at the end of the day. Too many people no organization and you are just being herded like cattle. It is a park built in the 70’s and you feel it. The parks were not built for the size crowds that they have. There is absolutely no security in the park at all. For paying hundreds of dollars for tickets it is no longer worth the price. If you want to relive your childhood memories go but if you think they added anything in the past decade you won’t see it. You can count on one hand the new rides added in the last decade. Additionally I thought Disney employees were supposed to be well trained, most are extremely rude. It’s a theme park of the past. The idea of going to Disney World is much better than the actual experience of being at Disney.
We had a good time, was a little big n to many people, line were so line, Was so hot n very expensive
I wanted to ride the last ride but they told me I wasn’t “mickeyfied” enough and wasn’t “in the group” . They kicked me off the ride and said I wasn’t not allowed to ride. I went there for only that ride and the other.
We stayed 5 nights at the Disney resorts. Great service at Disney. But the BUS SERVICE WAS AWFUL. the service guys flat out said they don’t have the same service as DISNEY. Hovever, we are at Disney and Disney hires them. And they are terrible, and it’s giving Disney an awful & a terrible.
