Henrique was a wonderful guide full of knowledge about the city. He knew all the history facts about the places he brought us, and added in some charm and humor. You would have had no idea, but he told us when he was done it was only his second tour, and his first tour in English. You would’ve never known! He was confident, kind, and I feel very knowledgeable leaving Madrid knowing that I took this tour.
Tomás was a great instructor with knowledgeable and engaging activities. I would HIGHLY recommend signing up for this tour even if you have visited Madrid in the past, as you can learn so much more about the city.
What a great tour, I learned so much! Our guide, Tambo was great. Very knowledgeable, fun and answered all our questions. The tour is so worth it. It was raining lightly for us and we still enjoyed it. From him, I signed up for another free tour with their company.
The guide was not presented so we could not do the tour. We were not notified nor was there any contact from the organizer.
Tomas was excellent, enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable about the beautiful city of Madrid. He walked with us through areas we wouldn’t haven’t seen without his expertise. The history and architectural diversity is fascinating.
It was very informative and a lot of fun. Idan explained everything well and entertainingly. We've learned a lot.
The story about Spain is so rich with drama it makes you want to read its history before you take the tour. Each building and park and plaza and street and monument has an important meaning. The tour takes you back in time and you watch the characters of each event and the experience allows you to understand and truly appreciate the beauty of Spain today.
Excellent attitude, knowledge, interest, empathy and sympathy of the guide Daniel, the best!! Its historical reviews and references make it easy to take advantage of the tourist trip.
Glenn our guide was great. Very informative, casual. Well worth doing. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid.
We booked and paid for our tour months ago. We were surprised to find out that the guide told us that the amount we already paid went to pay some sort of taxes and did not cover the tour and asked us to give him a tip not less than 15 euros/dollars to help him pay for the rest taxes our booking did not cover. We gave him $30.00 because we didn’t have any euros with us.
