Our guide, Irina, was excellent! She was engaging, personable and shared so much of the rich history, culture and uniqueness of this glorious city!
Irina is a very experienced tour guide! We (my relatives and I) availed of her tour package and was not disappointed. She contacted us minutes before the specified time to make sure we can easily find her in the midst of the crowd. She took her time to tell the story of how Florence came to be and she also used visual guides to understand her better. The tour was at a relaxed pace and did not feel rushed at all!

She was also super at answering our travel questions and dinner recommendations. Thank you, Irina!

Irina gave us a wonderful tour- perfect for getting oriented to the city on our first night. She gave us enough detail to be entertaining without my 11 and 13 year old boys being bored. When we saw museums afterwards, both boys remembered things Irina had taught them. Highly recommend her tour!
