The Generalife is a charming palace and garden complex located on the hill opposite the Alhambra, in Granada, Spain. This place, believed to have been used by the Nasrid monarchs as a summer retreat, is a gem of Islamic architecture and landscape design.
The Alhambra is a majestic complex of palaces and fortifications located in Granada, Spain. Its name, which means "The Red One" in Arabic, refers to the reddish color of the walls that surround the citadel. Built during the Islamic era, the Alhambra is an architectural and cultural treasure that combines Arab and Spanish influences.
The Nasrid Palaces are a central and exquisite part of the Alhambra, notable for their intricate Islamic architecture and rich decoration. These palaces were the residence of the Nasrid monarchs, the dynasty that ruled the Kingdom of Granada from the 13th century until the end of the 15th century, when the Catholic Monarchs conquered the city.
The Alcazaba is the oldest military fortress in the Alhambra and is located in its highest part, dominating the rocky hill that forms the core of the citadel. Built in the 13th century during the reign of Muhammad I, the Alcazaba served as a royal residence and defensive fortress for the Nasrid monarchs.

Very responsive to messages, reliable, and a very good rate. Ideal for a good vacation without worries.
Honestly, nothing to say; the people were nice, well organized, and the security agents were polite and attentive.
They are going to see a lot of history in one place. Different cultures mixed representing a few centuries of conquer.
They canceled our tour at the last minute and we were not able to get tickets. Missed our only chance to see it. Lamentablemente nis cancelaron al ultimo minuto y no pudimos conseguir entradas para el Alhambra.
We bought 4 tickets in early April for a complete visit (gardens and Nasrid Palaces) based on the availability offered. Of course, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Price: 316 euros. So on May 6, we were supposed to visit. First surprise, the tickets must be sent to us by email 24 hours before the visit? Second, at the beginning of May, a message from Andazarie tour: "We cannot provide you with the tickets for the Palaces as everything is fully booked." Only the gardens remain. But please be patient, we are doing our best to provide them to you if there are any cancellations. Eventually, we can refund you 20 euros per ticket. New message 2 days later, patient, we are doing our best (liars). The day before at 11 PM. There is no possibility; you will only visit the gardens. After a heated exchange (bordering on indecency) and after contacting Booking through which I had purchased the tickets. They refunded 25 euros per ticket. On-site, the ticket costs 22 euros for a complete visit. At no time did they offer a refund. Conclusion. They are crooks, dishonest people. So, a piece of advice: AVOID ANDAZARI TOUR
This week we took a package with a real guide in French in Seville for 2.5 hours, much cheaper than your virtual service, we are extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism on your part; the audio guides of a few seconds are really not serious, we will not fail to inform others that your offer is not acceptable for such a beautiful place
The sound was not working in the app. We tried it several times, but it did not work. We paid a lot for this without proper result.
All excellent, tickets arrived on time and form, I highly recommend it. Only they must download the app they send you to have the explanation of each place.
Audio guide was not working, there were no staff, on site, to solve problems or to answer our doubts
Book your tickets directly with Alhambra. Travel groups only get tickets when there is a surplus. Even though travel groups purport to have tickets. They only have tickets if Alhambra has surplus, which they seldom do. They only receive them last minute. Buy your tickets at least 3 months in advance. We did a walk around the free areas. It looked outstanding. Well worth the visit.
