Communication 0/10 Organisation 0/10 1. They cancelled my first booking the night before it was scheduled at 7 pm, claiming there was a storm and it was not safe to go rafting. 2. I booked again (stulid decision) for the next day, got on the bus, the tour "guide" started talking about blue eye and ksamil. I panicked and went to inform him that we must be on the wrong bus. He laughed at me saying, no we are in the right place and didn't tell me more. Later he came over to tell us we will change buses, and another guide will take us rafting. Weird but okay. 3. We stop at a restaurant, we get off, he walks us over to an older man standing next to a ramshack car (windshield cracked, bumps and rust everywhere), and says goodbye. 4. The other guide doesn't speak a lick of English, gestures for us to get in the car, starts driving. We're trying to ask where we're going, how long it will take and such, he can't understand, we give up, hope for the best. He's going 90-100 km/h in low visibility areas with 30 km/h signs. Let's just say we didn't feel safe. 4. We're supposed to go to Permet first, then the Baths then rafting, but it is the other way around. We arrive at the place for rafting - which was the only redeeming part, the owner of the place a lovely lady who spoke to our driver: asked him to stop driving crazy, told him we already paid for 2 hours in the baths, and an hour in permet. The rafting was good, then we had to get back in the car.. 5. We got 1 hour at the thermal baths, him showing us on the clock when to be back. It was not enough time, our visit was rushed, and uncomfortable with constantly checking our phone for the time, in fear of him leaving us there (the other bus left a couple at the first stop, the guide even joking how much it will cost them to taxi after us, but he didn't care, saying it's not his problem) 6. We get to Permet, we're trying to make him understand that we need a bit more time to look around and eat something (our first chance to do so) he calls the original guide so we can communicate, who tries to persuade us to just eat after getting to the meeting point where they will pick us up, only concerned that his group will have to wait for us if we are late. We barely got to see anything bc we were looking for a place to eat quickly and get back to the car. We are back at 16:00, we get to the meeting point at 16:40. We message the guide, who texts back that they won't be there for another hour.. we only got going after 18:30, we were stranded there for more than 1.5 hours, knowing we could've stayed for longer in the baths. After we got back I asked for a refund that they declined, Viator unwilling to help us. I recommend that you find the rafting company direcly : Albturist Rafting and Eco Camping.
