The guide was excellent. We enjoyed the information he provided and our visit to the sanctuary. The driver coordinated well with the guide and made the journey enjoyable. Since we stayed at the ITC Grand Chola and they have four entrances, there needs to be a way to determine which entrance to meet. We had a little confusion, which delayed our trip.
