Thanks to this guided tour on the phone, I rediscovered the city as if in a life-sized treasure hunt. Between surprising anecdotes, fun little challenges, and fascinating explanations, each street became a new adventure. We move at our own pace, we stop whenever we want... and above all, we don't notice the time passing! An original, playful, and highly immersive way to discover Arcachon differently. C’est précisément l’un des objectifs du jeu : faire explorer la ville sous un angle différent tout en s’amusant.
Very disappointed, out of 10 puzzles, there are five that we could not solve... Either we did not have access to the location, or there was no information about the answer at the location; two puzzles were located in the same place, which caused us to miss one puzzle... In short, it was not worth the price. I do not recommend it.
Bonjour, Merci pour votre retour, mais j’ai du mal à comprendre votre analyse. Les énigmes se situent toutes dans des lieux publics facilement accessibles : parc, devant la mairie, devant l'église, dans la gare, les jetées d’Arcachon, etc. Il y a effectivement deux énigmes relativement proches : une au Parc Mauresque et une autre dans le couloir de l’ascenseur menant au parc. À ce jour, vous êtes la première personne à nous faire ce retour!! 100% des joueurs n’a rencontré aucune difficulté particulière. Le fonctionnement du jeu est volontairement intuitif : il suffit de cliquer sur chaque “voleur”, de se rendre au lieu indiqué puis de résoudre l’énigme et ainsi de suite. Par ailleurs, il ne faut pas hésiter à nous contacter en cas de doute ou de difficulté. Concernant le tarif, une part importante du prix est reversée aux plateformes de réservation. De notre côté, le coût nous semble cohérent pour une expérience d’environ 2h30, valable jusqu’à 5 personnes.

Cette visite est en effet très complète et, si la promenade peut sembler un peu longue pour certains, elle peut tout à fait se faire à son rythme, avec des pauses entre les étapes… pourquoi pas gourmandes 😉 Concernant l’ascenseur du Jardin des Mauresques, malgré cette panne indépendante de notre volonté, le parc reste accessible par les escaliers ou via l’accès PMR. Au plaisir de vous revoir pour une nouvelle aventure arcachonnaise !

The top to keep teens and parents busy finally an activity that puts everyone in agreement our children usually taped. Their phone loved using TV technology to solve challenges on the streets. It’s dynamic interactive and very well designed. We didn't run around town without seeing time, spend a great way of mixing culture and digital entertainment.

We thought we knew our city well, but this game found us the opposite! We had a great time with friends chasing the clues.It's much more dynamic than a classic guided tour and you learn a lot. The value for money is unbeatable for a full afternoon of activities.
