Visit a beloved Florence bakery, a community cornerstone for over 60 years. Taste their schiacciata and coccolo (fried dough balls) filled with Tuscan prosciutto and stracchino, crafted daily with love by Ivana Bruschi and her son Luciano.
Mercato Centrale is a vibrant food market in the heart of Florence, offering a wide variety of fresh local products, gourmet foods, and traditional Italian specialties. It’s a must-visit for food lovers, featuring both artisanal stands and casual eateries.
Step into a true Florence wine institution, run by the second and third generations of a family of sommeliers. Taste their Chianti Classico, Chianti Riserva, and Super Tuscan wines, all crafted on the family’s own farm.
Walk down Via dell’Amorino and uncover the neighborhood’s hidden past. Once known for its historic brothels and prostitution, this street reveals a fascinating layer of the city’s social and cultural history.
This stop it's all about certified organic ingredients and sustainable philosophy. The shop offers a warm atmosphere and over 300 organic and biodynamic wines. Here we're gonna taste Tagliolini al Tartufo (fresh truffle) and Tortelli Mugellani with wild boar paired with Orange wine.

This was by far our favorite tour during our 2 week Italian vacation! Nadia was absolutely fantastic, she cultivated such a fun and welcoming environment for strangers to turn into friends. Delicious food and company was great. Winery could have been a bit shorter or more organized (the shop owner could have opened the bottles and explained instead of having to get him To open the next while we waited (cellar was warm). Overall wine was great! Beatrice was very knowledgeable!
