I cannot say enough positive things about this service and this company. The staff, the communication, the ease of expedited travel is worth every single penny. Booking was confirmed immediately with very clear instructions on where and how to meet our representative. Erez checked in again the day before our journey and again shortly after to make sure everything was going well. We sailed through border control, customs and security line quickly and stress free. I have worked with other companies in the past and this company is by far the most superior. Fantastic. Double triple recommend!

Yes yes yes you need to book this! We weren't quite sure if this VIP airport hustle would be worth the money and boy are we glad we booked! We were whisked off immediately after we landed and got straight through all of the lines and checkpoints seamlessly. Our escort stayed with us until we got into our taxi and was a wonderful person to boot. If you are on the fence about using this service - DO IT - I promise you will be glad you did. We saved hours.

Traveling post covid is challenging due to lack of manpower resources in the airport creating long lines at all counters. The vip services removed the traveller stress and ensure a smooth departure journey. Its money well spent!

Shocking experience - I booked and confirmed this service only to receive a refund notification email at the same time I landed in Tel Aviv. I only received a refund notification - no explanation nothing. So I along with my two colleagues arrived in Tel Aviv with no Fast Track VIP service.

Worth every penny after a 14 hour trip. Was met as we stepped off the flight, ushered through customs passed the long lines. Was assisted to baggage and then guided to our car and driver who delivered us to the our hotel. We had an early departure back home and used the same service in reverse. Sooooo NICE!

We have visited Israel many times before however, as my wife is pregnant, we didn’t want to spend a couple of hours waiting in the queue for the security interview. (No criticism of the security procedures though.) The service was easy to arrange and they called on the day to check details. We called as we were passing through perimeter security at the airport and were met as we arrived in our taxi. Staff were friendly and helpful and had as through all security and check-in procedures in 20 minutes.
