Itinerary
The birthplace of Vilnius, and a foundational part of Lithuania, where our story begins.
Originally the Bishop's Palace, it represents a pivotal change in the religion and history of the Baltics.
A glimpse at what was once one of the most revolutionary, important Universities on the continent, as Vilnius joined "civilised" Central Europe.
We will wander through the UNESCO listed old town, one of the best preserved in Europe. It's an essential part of Vilnius' history as an international city of skilled merchants and tradesmen, that also shows its struggles through the 1900s.
The Town Hall represents centuries of change, and brings us up to modern Lithuania, where President Bush gave a famous speech to welcome Lithuania into NATO.

Andrew was amazing!! He told the history of Vilnius in a chronological story time manner that was very easy to follow and interesting! We learned so much from him, and it was our favorite tour we’ve taken on this trip of the Baltics!
