It was fantastic! The music gave me goosebumps and the technical implementation impressed me !
I have never seen the traditional water puppet theater in Saigon. But I think this show is a very successful symbiosis of tradition and modernity. It contains traditional elements of puppets guided with sticks, projections from the small water basin onto the screen, classical theater and acrobatics. I came with low expectations and was all the more positively surprised. From my point of view, you could certainly ask for more money for it.
It was a very nice experience. But the exit lights were a bit bright and took some attention away from the stage. And for the first half hour they were letting people in that were to late. But the show itself was beautiful. My kids really loved it. I would recommend it to others.The artistry in the puppets was astounding. They blended a creative feel with the beautiful traditional theatre. The staff and actors were super nice. Beautiful music with nice traditional instruments.
Magical and unique show with a lot of variety and techniques that I have not seen. It is a feast for the eyes and exciting experience xxx
Even you dont understand the language worth watching the show. book online to skip the line and cheaper than counter. tourist dont know about the puppet show but if u search in google u can see.
