- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- All passengers 18 years and above must present either one piece of valid government issued photo identification, or two pieces of government-issued identification without a photograph
- Baggage allowance: 25 lbs. Guaranteed. Additional standby baggage is space available with a charge. Baggage weight allowance includes all baggage, including purses.
- Passengers must arrive at the terminal at least 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time, and be fully checked-in 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- Passengers not checked-in before the check-in cutoff times will not be able to board their scheduled flight and will not be refunded their fare.
- If travelling with children, please be aware that the child fare applies to children aged 2-11 at the time of departure.
- All passengers travelling must be ambulatory in order to fly. A mobility assistance device, such as a wheelchair or cane, may be used by a passenger to get from the terminal to the aircraft, however, passengers must have the ability to walk on and off the aircraft with minimal or no assistance.

Sure beats taking the Ferry!!! The pickup is near downtown Victoria - so it is very convenient and fun

I had a good flight w/ Harbour Air from Vancouver to Victoria. I then had some good photo ops after with the Harbour Air aircraft from their docks & parking. So nice to have a seaplane experience and fly downtown-to-downtown WITHOUT long lines. The walk to/from public transit was notable, however.

We fell into the tourist trap by booking it as a ‘tour’. In fact you can safe lots of money by just going onto website directly and book a flight. It’s the same flight. The flight itself is a worthwhile experience. However it’s the tourist trap I rate my review on. I hope they could have just put a link to the flight booking website rather then selling it as a scenic tour experience at a premium price. I could have paid as little as $250 for 2 people flight. Instead, we paid $800.

This is just a commercial flight from Victoria to Vancouver. You can save lots of money by booking directly on the harbour air website - just book a flight. If you think this is a tour, you’re totally mistaken. Read the fine print.

Please be aware that you may encounter an unauthorized baggage charge from Harbour Air. I recently traveled from Vancouver to Victoria Harbour and noticed an excess baggage fee charged to my credit card. At no point was I informed that my bag exceeded the weight limit, nor did I authorize this charge. I have contacted Harbour Air’s customer service requesting clarification on why I wasn’t notified, but I have yet to receive a response. I recommend checking your statement if you’ve flown with them recently.
This was a lot of fun! It was a lot tighter inside than I was expecting. Take off and landing were very smooth. This was a last minute add on for us but wasn’t over the top expensive.
Beautiful scenic views!!!! Easy flight and easy on and off. Highly recommend this way to travel for anyone.
It’s not a tour as advertised. Slightly misleading advert. It is simply transportation to and from over picturesque views
