Absolute fraud. No tickets were ever delivered. No one met us at their meeting point. No response to email, WhatsApp, no one answered their phone. We were denied entry because company never sent the actual ticket with needed QR codes. Hours later they claimed to have sent our tickets via WhatsApp. That is a lie, they never once communicated by WhatsApp. I have notified my credit card company that this is fraud.
Absolute fraud. No QR code was ever provided so no entry into attraction. O response by tour operator no answering phone. Called Viator, no help
This was one of the highlights of our Venice trip. After 2 full days of exploring the lagoon, if gave us such a cool perspective on just how unique the geography of Venice is.

It was quick and easy. The audio tour was sent via Whatsapp, which was a bit unconventional. The audio tour was only 5 minutes, but you know: At least I had a beautiful view from the campanile.
