It was complicated to get the tickets and the visit was canceled before finally being rescheduled; the tour with the view is really worth it!

Everything worked fine while purchasing tickets but I was unable to access them from my iPhone. I sent a message and explained I couldn't use and didn't get to visit the campanile. I asked for response and refund. Got neither. I will never use again.

Absolutely breath taking! You could see all the church steeples and the canals. Would highly recommend a great way to start your tour of the island.
