I’ve been on three tours of the Vatican, and this is the first one I truly enjoyed. Eva was a fantastic tour guide of our small group of 6. She was so knowledgeable and so interesting in the way she imparted information, that you couldn’t help but be mesmerized. She took time to go over the Sistine Chapel before we went in, because you can’t guide while in there. She seemed to choose the most interesting pieces to talk about wherever we were. It was a truly wonderful experience.
Elisa did a wonderful job touring us and explaining what we were seeing and the history behind it. Fantastic job!
Great tour with Claudia (aka Clachan)! Very detailed throughout the morning. Lots of enthusiasm and knowledge of papal history.
Monica was a fantastic guide. Very personable and knowledgeable. Made for a great experience and a great start for our family vacation.
Carlotta was a wonderful tour guide. Delightful and full of helpful information all throughout the tour. We would highly recommend her.
Laura was amazing and knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and engaging, the Vatican was beautiful, 10/10 would go again, difficult to squeeze into 3 hours
Giovanni was an exceptional tour guide! His knowledge goes well above what we expected! It was impressive that he could answer any questions we had for him. His friendly demeanor added to the grandeur of this historic site! Ask for Giovanni if you want a superb tour!
Sure was a great guide very entertaining and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this tour. There’s a lot to cover. Go in the morning.
Fabrizio was an incredible tour guide - very knowledgable, personable, patient, and thoughtful. Really helped us understand the privilege we had to see some of the private areas that our tour had access to, as well as consider the Vatican from political, artistic, and social historial perspectives. So grateful he was our guide for this once-in-a-lifetime experience. Thank you Fabrizio!
Thank you, Ava! We're delighted to hear about your memorable experience with Fabrizio. Your kind words mean a lot to us and we'll make sure to pass them along to him. We're glad we could make your visit special!
We did a private after hours tour of Doge’s Palace and St Mark’s Basilica. Adriana was our tour guide. The tour is excellent especially the after hours private visit to the St Mark’s Basilica. To be the one if the very few people in St Marks after dark and to see the Basilica slowly light up from complete darkness inside is magical. Adriana was very good and explained all aspects in detail. We really recommend this experience
We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your after-hours tour with Adriana. We also find lighting up St. Marks Basilica quite magical! Thank you for your recommendation, it means a lot to us.
