Pickup Locations & Times
Pickup is 2-4 hours before your flight departure time. Exact time will be advised the afternoon prior to your departure transfer date. Our boat driver will meet you at the arranged boat stop along the Grand Canal. Your stop will be chosen as close as your Hotel as possible. Venice Airport Link operates from 4am to 7pm from designated Venice meeting points. Guests are requested to present themselves at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure time.

Scammed at boat departure by operators. They did not honor our 2 tkts back to airport. We had to pay boat driver direct 116.00usd to make our flight. They made us sweet it for 3 hours then hit us up for cash.
We wanted something reliable to get to the airport to meet a transfer for the cruise ship. This was hands-down the best choice! The service was impeccable. The reservation was confirmed and a paper was left at our hotel for reassurance. The ride to the airport was amazing. Would recommend this highly for anyone looking for a transfer to the airport !!
Trip out from Marco Polo very well organized. Pleasant and professional staff at the airport. Trip back to airport less well organized. No comms on pick up time from hotel. Taxi driver not the friendliest.
Was emailed the day before departure a water taxi number, pick up time and point. Received a message clarifying the pick up point. Lucky I like to be everywhere early as the taxi arrived 10 minutes before time and shouting my name telling me I was at the wrong pick up point even though I showed him the message. Got to the airport nice and early. The service itself was brilliant, just the communication needs to be a bit more precise.
When booking you have to advise of your preferred pick up point, apparently there’s 11 to choose from but they don’t tell you what they are. I gave my hotel address and they advised of the pick up time and sent a link to the location. We went there and did what was advised, got on the incorrect boat which took us in the wrong direction! As we were now only 2 1/2 hours from our flight we had to pay 180 euros for a private water taxi.
Make sure you find gate 71 where you will be told your departure time before going to the boat departure point.
Our taxi was about 15 min late to get us and just so you know it is a shared taxi so they have other stops. We made it on time but I was very nervous we’d be late the whole time.
The tour operator did not show up to take us back to airport from Venice via water taxi. Terrible experience. Had to pay double to hire one to not miss our cruise.
George gave us good instruction about boarding place with map and time. George showed up on time & very friendly.
The communication was poor, the day of travel did not hear from the transportation people they did not show up as much as I text them to please communicate they did not.
