A guided boat tour to the Venetian lagoon to discover these marvelous places rich of history and culture. The first stop is Murano, worldwide famous for its magical glass-blowing art. Here you will visit a glass factory enjoying a demonstration by a local glass master that creates a glass artwork in front of your eyes! Then, you will see the picturesque Burano island with its multicolored houses and the delicious local cakes “bussolai”. Here you’ll spent 1 hour and half free to visit the island. The last stop is the mysterious Torcello with the oldest churches of Venice. Here the Venice Republic was born. During your journey back you’ll admire the beauty of the Venetian Norther lagoon.

The first stop is Murano, renowned all over the world for its glass making. Murano’s art of glassmaking is considered to be a synonym of preciousness and beauty. You will have the opportunity to visit an authentic glass furnace with local craftsmen at work. During the visit you can buy some local souvenirs to keep as a memento of this incredible experience. Just take your time to discover the lovely island.
Then, this visit will take you to the picturesque Burano: the island world-known for its multicolored houses and celebrated for its unique lace-making art. Do not miss the chance to visit the Main Square and the Church of San Martino with the “Crucifixion”, one of the most famous painting of Tiepolo. You will have time to have an unforgettable lunch on the island. An amazing excursion to live the real soul of the Venetian lagoon.
IF OPTION IS SELECTEDThe last, but not the least is the quiet and sparsely populated island of Torcello, the first center of civilization in the estuary. On these island you can admire the oldest churches of the lagoon and discover how Venice was born!

The boat did not give a grace. As in five minutes for not being on time, we got there at 2:31 and they had already pulled out. Requesting a full refund.

The boat ride was a little bit warm but other than that it was wonderful. We chose the option that included lunch and wine, it was more of a tasting than a lunch. Would recommend to just get lunch on the island instead.

Overall great experience with a funny and knowledgeable guide (Marta?)! The time allocated for both islands were absolutely sufficient and the recommendations for a nice espresso and tiramisu was more than lovely. I highly recommend doing this tour and spending one day exploring both islands, connecting with locals and get a small (or big ;) gift for friends and family.

Although I purchased a tour with an Italian-speaking guide, the guide only spoke English and did not translate anything. I asked for a partial refund for the poor service, but it was not accepted.

we saw a glass blowing factory in Mirano and a lace making store in Barono and a cookie factory. Interesting. Nice lunch in Barono
This is a guided boat ride to the islands. Once there you are shown into one of the murano glass factories, it’s a bit like a conveyor belt. On Burano you have a bit more time to wander, which was lovely. I wouldn’t bother with cicchetti and wine option - the information says you get three, but we were only given 2 each, and not allowed to make a choice. The guide David was very interesting and informative, unfortunately they cram 3 different tours into the one boat. We had a Spanish family sitting near us, where the parents were too interested in their phones than their children, who played up the whole time to get attention, and made it difficult to hear David’s commentary. I’m aware this was situational, but ruined the trip for us.
My daughters and I had a wonderful time on our tour to Murano and Burano. Our guide, Mikayla was very informative and super personable. She was warm and friendly and made the entire experience enjoyable.
They never showed up...we were on the phone with viator and they said they were there then said they left. Meeting point description was vaque, no tour company name listed...we got charged anyway. Viator said they woupd refund us then reversed decision. Very shady.
