Great tour ! Our guide Nicola was amazing!
Honestly you can do the Murano trip yourself and not waste so much time with a tour. The microphones didn’t work and it was just static. They were overbooked and it was a very uncomfortable ride in the boat, people were packed like sardines and the boat seemed too heavy. Our English speaking guide was nice. But the Spanish guide was stressed and so rude when we asked her where to place the sticker they had given us. Overall not worth it.
We had a great experience on the tour. Goia was very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
Alissa was such a wonderful companion on this tour which we recommend to everyone. We went places most visitors don’t see and met real craftsmen and artisans of Venice
This trip was delightful . Our guide was very attentive to making sure we all had a good time. The boat was below the standards that I would expect a Viator tour to have.— hard to see out of the windows. That said, The guide and the islands made this a five star tour .
A fast but fun intro to Murano and Burano. Of course, not much time available at either island, but you do get about 30 minutes free time each.
Very enjoyable day out. Hilarious was cheerful and knowledgeable. Her excellent English ability and knowledge was very entertaining and professional. A highlight for me was the handmade lace demonstration on Burano. The restaurant opposite the lace shop was recommended by Ilario and I had a delicous seafood antipasto platter there.
Aboslutely brilliant. Went as family of 4 ..2 kids 10 and 14 ...my kids were fully engaged. Glass factories were amazing experience and colurful buildings.... tour guide was brilliant, she was very through and headphone commentary was indeed clear and very easy to understand...
The islands were pretty but I didn’t feel it was the best use of my time. It wasn’t really that interesting. It was a lot of time on a hot slow boat crammed in with a ton of sweaty people. The guide was very knowledgeable and fun and did a great job!
The guides were friendly and patient, and they answered our questions throughout the trip. We had an amazing experience watching a master glassblower create a horse from molten glass in minutes. The sweets and treats in Burano were great, and learning about the history of lace-making was fascinating. Murano and Burano are "must-see" islands while in Venice, and this is a great way to do it!
