It was a long tide in the boat. And the weather was not great. No fault of the guide. Boat was leaking from the roof so unpleasant wet ride home.
Our guide was excellent and gave us background and history of the 2 island communities. The price was good value. There was just enough time to watch the glass blowing demo before we departed for Burano. There was just enough time to get a pizza on Burano before we left. Take the Vaporetta if you want to have enough time to explore both islands with plenty of time. It would have been better if we had more time to explore.
Very nice tour of the two islands with time to explore we also added on tapas and wine for two
Dear Guest, We appreciate your feedback. Thank you and we hope to see you in Venice again. Regards, Customer Care Team.
This was our first time to Venice si we wanted to see Murano, Burano, and Torcello. This was a lovely tour. It said small group, and we did end up breaking into small groups but all in all, there were over 89 people on the boat. The glass-blowing demonstration was fun to watch in Murano. The colored buildings in Burano were beautiful and bright! The medieval feel in Torcello was true to its claim. I would do it again and I would come in the summer. It is the end of March and it is 50° F.
Very attentive guides, boat in excellent state of preservation. Audio devices working well. I really liked the experience.
Dear guest, thanks a lot for the positive feedback about the tour and for choosing us. We are glad to know that everything went well and we hope to see you again in Venice very soon! Best regards, Customer Care Team
Overall it was fine, but it could have been much better if the organization was different. We waited a long time to leave; in Murano there is no time to walk as after the visit to the factory there are just 10 minutes free. In the case of choosing the Torcello ride, Burano time is saved instead of doing different groups. Hire the Civitatis tour and it is the first time an activity does not meet expectations. I must point out that the guide, Gaia, was very friendly, fluent in Spanish and was very attentive.
Dear guest, thanks for your feedback, it will definitely help us improve. Best regards, Customer Care Team
Excellent experience in visiting Murano and Burano! Especially the glass demonstration we saw! I highly recommend.

Best part was the lovely boat ride! Very knowledgeable well-spoken guide. The visit to the glass work demonstration far inferior to Waterford in Ireland. Only 15 minutes, then “exit thru the gift shop”. Burano lace was a waste of time, barely a demonstration and shop shop shop.
Amazing Venice Islands Tour! We had a great time on the Venice Islands Cruise: Murano Glass and Rainbow Burano with City Tours CO. LTD. Our guide, Ilaria was friendly, knowledgeable and made the day so enjoyable. We learned a lot about Venice and its nearby islands. The glassblowing demo in Murano was fascinating and we loved visiting Burano…especially tasting the delicious Bussolai cookies! A fun and memorable experience — we highly recommend this tour and Ilaria ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We visited three islands off Venice. In Murano we saw a glassblowing demonstration and walked around. In Burano we saw lace and all the beautiful houses and canals. And in Torcello we explored the beautiful island. On the boat the guides explained the history etc. one of our favorite activities in Italy
