If you are looking for a fun experience this is it! My husband and two young adult children took part in the class and we had a blast! Matilde was so nice and showed us what to do - I learned a lot and hope to make fresh pasta at home soon.
Wonderful class and host. We had a great time cooking and eating and drinking. Pasta was amazing ! The chef lots of knowledge of italian culinary culture !

So much fun and learned in detail how to make pasta. Group of 10 of us with Anna, who made the experience very fun, organized, interesting and memorable. Our family, sons 25 and 21 had a great time. Definitely do this experience when in Venice! Family memories we will cherish!
We did the pasta and gelato making class with our 8 year old. We loved it and so did he! Ricardo was a great teacher, very hands on and willing to help. He was very patient. It was nice to have a small class size. The historical apartment building that the class was in was very nice. Overall, it was about 4 hours from start to finish (including eating the meal). We’re glad we did this!
This was a fun experience for the entire family. The local was hot inside but it was summer time. We made several different flavors of gelatos.
Super fun, educational, and delicious. Step out of the hustle and bustle and crowds and step into this hidden gem of an experience. Definitely a must do. Ask for Fiore. She is awesome.
An absolute must do! Alex is a loving, passionate, warm, extremely knowledgeable friendly person! We learned to make two types of pasta starting from one technique. All handmade and easy to recreate at home in a relaxed family style environment. This was fun and a small class with attention to detail. Cannot say enough about the lovely time we had with Alex and the group. Alex, you are such a beautiful person! It was so nice meeting you!!!! Great chance to learn how easy it is to prepare a basic pasta dough and roll it out. Made two different types. Very enjoyable
This was better than we could’ve imagined. The host (Alex) was so personable. knowledgeable and accommodating. I went there with my daughter and my fiancé, and we all left their feeling like we could make pasta at home. The meal left us full and was so tasty. We made three different types of pasta with two different fillings.. We had two types of ravioli one with truffle and one cheese, and the other pasta was a fettuccine noodle with a homemade tomato sauce which the host had premade. After dinner, the gelato was eaten that was made through presentation, and the wine was drinking with the meal. The location is in a beautiful estate passed down through generations. It’s quite large in comparison to most properties on the island. I had thought that more wine would be consumed during the process of making the pasta, but after going through the process, I can see that that would not make any sense. It is so hands-on during the whole process, your hands are covered in pasta dough, which can be sticky. It really is something that needs to be drink after your pasta is made.- so don’t choose a cooking company based on the amount of wine you expect to drink. This really was the right company that we chose and I would recommend them to any friends and family.
