This operator did not send a clear and concise meeting point for our activity. It simply said San Marco Plaza. This place is huge! We arrived 15 minutes early and we never able to find the meeting point. I contacted Viator two times and second time the representative transferred me directly to the operator who immediately transferred me to their AI bot. Did not verbally get the meeting point location because it could not understand my request. Sadly we missed the entire activity, which included a gondola ride. And since no refunds are available we are out this expense. Very disappointed.
