We had a wonderful time with Vidhya today. Thanks her for the kind hospitality! We really enjoy her food and her cooking class. She mad sure we understood the receipts, and she demonstrated how simple can Indian food be e prepared. The food was really delicious. We strongly recommend this class.
Our cooking class with Vidhya was truly one of the highlights of our trip to India. From the moment we arrived, she and her family made us feel incredibly welcome. It wasn’t just a cooking class, it was a beautiful cultural experience filled with warmth and delicious food. Vidhya went above and beyond to share her traditions (she is also a great baker)! We learnt how to make various different South Indian dishes (chutney, sambar, dosa, idlis) that were all amazing. We would highly recommend Vidhya’s cooking class!

My first cooking class. Our host family welcomed us warmly. The house was very nice and clean. During the lesson, we learned the requested sambar, rasam, vada, and carrot pickle. The recipe she gave me was simple but delicious. After the lesson, we ate the food we had cooked together with our host families. He was a kind teacher who talked to us a lot even though we were not good at English and taught us until we understood it. The teacher is a very reliable person. Thank you for a good time.

I had excellent time with Mrs Srividya. We cooked spiced sweet potato, green vegetable curry, rasam soup, pineapple raita and she explained each step of cooking with seasonal vegetables. Simple but tasty, also helped to understand about spices which used in southern indian cooking. Then enjoyed meals on banana leaf including some other dishes she prepared. On the way back to hotel I bought some ingredient at the supermarket near her place so now I can enjoy the menu I learned from her at home.
