The instructor was very thorough, patient and knowledgeable. The finished products were delicious. I would recommend.
Leonardo was a fantastic teacher, patient, helpful, and provided answers to all questions. The food was super easy to make and delicious! I love that there is a vegan option!! The view and the vineyard’s surroundings were spectacular! Highly recommend!!
Absolutely great experience, had a fantastic time and the experience was very personal (private class my partner and I). Was very interesting to learn about the different types of pasta - we made Pici, Tagliatelli and Gnocchi. We had great guidance and advice. We then were able to eat the dishes we made, accompanied by the wine and olive oils made by the host family. We sat and ate on beautiful grounds facing the vineyard, looking towards San Giamingnano. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend activity! Such great vibe and amazing people. You truly learn how to cook amazing pasta and visit a local vineyard. Would definitely do it again.
A very good time at this family farm. Thanks to Patrizia for this course and the whole team. Our pasta was delicious and the Mood very nice.
We were supposed to be there for a second visit on May 4th for a pasta cooking class, but unfortunately could not do it for the lockdown and the bad situation we are living. We asked to be refund and got it in a few days. We are so sorry we could not follow our plans and live this experience with our friends, we hope we could be back soon, maybe next year.
We were curious about these cooking classes that we see advertised everywhere... so last weekend we decided to try us too.... my partner was a revelation!.. perfect dumplings... and what about the staff ??super kind .. all smiling .. family environment really experience to suggest to family and friends... maybe we will be back for ice cream .. see you soon!
My husband and I spent an incredible day learning to make pasta and bruschetta and red wine cookies. First we toured the vineyard and learned about the wines. The class was easy to follow and full of fun, After we finished cooking we sat outside with a gorgeous view and eat the food we prepared while we completed a wine tasting. I would highly recommend this class and vineyard. The people are warm, friendly and knowledgeable. It is small enough to feel like you are getting a lot of individual attention. And the wine and olive oil is AMAZING.
We recently visited this wonderful establishement for a day of making pasta, eating and wine tasting. The family and staff who run the vineyard are amazing and very friendly. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the environment very welcoming. Jessica was our host, she was very knowledgeable, friendly and fun to be with. If you are looking for an authentic Tuscan experience, we highly recommend.
