The driver was accommodating to flight changes. Even after two hour flight delay, the driver was ready and waiting. The only issue we had was with our luggage. The driver didn't think he could accommodate it but we helped him arrange the car so that we could all comfortably fit in even with all our luggage.
The company communicated with us, we had to make a time change, they were AMAZING! Would use again, we had 9 people in a 14 p. van. Clean top to bottom!
Easiest and best experience! Our luggage was lost, so we had to deal with that after landing. Our driver, Andres, waited and communicated with me the entire time.

Large group handled well...we had 12 people and at least one full check bag per person. They stacked floor to ceiling in back. Awesome service. So appreciative. Could have fit 14 people!!
We were supposed to be picked up at 1030 and the van was SUPER late. By at least an hour. However, the driver was awesome! Friendly, very polite, answered question and engaged in conversation with us. Very important in customer service. I believe his name was Castro Villa.
