Arrived on time, guide was knowledgeable with very good English, minibus was clean, good briefing before we got there, allowed us to set pace to some extent, didn't try too hard to get us to go to shopping or alabaster carving places, they were suggested but we could refuse. At end of tour gave tips to driver and guide, they didn't hassle us for the tips so it wasn't too painful a process. Of course you have to go to this place, I am not reviewing the actual places visited, just the company. I would use them again. Booking, payment, all done online, communication very good.
