Begun in 1793, the Capitol has been built, burnt, rebuilt, extended, and restored; today, it stands as a monument not only to its builders but also to the American people and their government. Was not sure what to expect. First time in Washington D.C. and first paid tour. This exceeded all expectations and Evelyn my tour guide was the best. She was very fun and enthusiastic about American history. She did a great job including everyone in the tour. 10/10 would book again and only with her. Wish I had the funds to leave a tip. She was worth atleast an extra 100 everyday.
Dash was good.. His humorous approach was commendable but needs to be tempered by the more important task... giving visitors more detailed historical information... people want to come away with knowing more personal details about the history of our political and judicial figures without the distraction of zany humor, after all.. its a mature crowd not kids.
Meg was very knowledgeable about both the Capital and the Supreme Court. Pace was great, and information invaluable!
Thanks for joining us on a tour of the US Supreme Court and US Capitol! I am glad to hear you found the pace great, information valuable, and Meg knowledgeable.
Meg was a great tour guide! Would recommend this tour. Was probably our favorite tour/museum of the trip.
Amazing and highly recommend. Evelyn was the best!! Even though the trips through the areas was timed, we would have never been able to get the information we did without a tour guide.
Great way to get a glimpse of the Supreme Court and inside the Capitol building with an experienced guide. Mel was our guide and she was awesome!
Meg is fantastic! Thanks for joining us to see the Supreme Court inside and out.
As someone who doesn’t know a lot about the Capitol building, the Supreme Court and the Library of Congress, this tour was very insightful & helpful! My tour guide, Evelyn was very high energy & kind. Even though I ran a little behind, she made me feel very welcomed from once I joined & throughout the entire tour. I would recommend reading the full breakdown description of what is included on this tour as that is why I chose it over other tours that went to the same buildings.
Glad you enjoyed! Evelyn is amazing. We would love to hear what about our offering stood out to you, feel free to reach out at info@unscripted.city
