This was not only fun, but so delicious! As I local it was really cool to experience a completely new part of Dallas. The food was abundant and exceptional! Our guide Jeff was really funny and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!
I had a wonderful time with Food Tours of America, Dallas! The food was diverse and delicious at every stop. I enjoyed seeing a side of Dallas I had only seen by car, it opened my eyes to what the city has to offer in terms of history and livability. I fell in love with Uptown. The trolly experience was educational and fun! Would recommend!
Anabella was so wonderful! We got a little history with fine dining & lots of laughs. We had a little adventure walking around, plenty opportunity for photos
Highly recommend, as older gentleman, I chose Food Tours of America - Dallas as our 2nd date (Note: My date chose the 1st place went too, so the 2nd date was my turn) and we could not be happier with how the overall experience went for us. Our tour guide Annabelle was very knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant. The overall food experience was fantastic. As part of our tour there was a very lovely family we got to meet, and they seemed to enjoy it as well. For those that are concerned with the review about walking, yes, you do walk as part of this, however, it is not a crazy amount of walking. I am 60 and my date is 58 and we found it to be no issue. I hope if you choose TFoA - Dallas as something you do, that you find it as exceptional as we did.
Annabella, the tour guide was absolutely AMAZING! She was super accommodating, informative, & knowledgable about all of the restaurants we toured. The food at all 4 restaurants was AMAZING, as well. I would absolutely recommend this tour to EVERYONE!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you want to experience Uptown Dallas at its best—this is the tour. The Food Tours of America Uptown tour was outstanding from start to finish. Our guide, Annabella, delivered an experience that was equal parts hospitality, storytelling, and flawless execution. She kept the group engaged, fed, and moving with ease—and at one point even ran to catch the trolley so our entire group could ride together. That level of care says everything. The restaurants were thoughtfully curated, the pacing was perfect, and Uptown came alive through Annabella’s knowledge and energy. Everything felt seamless, intentional, and personal—no awkward pauses, no confusion, just a smooth, joyful flow. This isn’t just a food tour; it’s a well-run experience led by professionals who genuinely care about their guests. Whether you’re a local or visiting Dallas, this tour is a must-do. Highly recommend. Five stars without hesitation.
As a picky eater, I always go into something like this hesitantly. It was the first time I tried Mediterranean and Thai food, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. Some things were a little spicy, but that's because I can't handle spice at all.
Our guide was super friendly and knowledgeable on the cities history. We loved getting to ride the trolly and talk to one of the mechanics that works to keep them running. The food was of course so delicious and all local. Overall, we had a blast and would absolutely recommend the tour to anyone who is looking for a great experience!
Courtney is a great host. She picked out some great local restaurants. The stop at the trolley garage was a nice touch of history.
It’s really not a trolley tour. We were only on the trolley like 5 minutes. Misleading!!! There is walking involved. People who sign up for a trolley tour do not want to walk. That is one of the reasons they signed up for a trolley tour.. you were fortunate assembly was not disabled. Overall, I did like the tour. Thank you!
