Had a great afternoon with Sergio and Cristina (I hope I haven’t got your name wrong!) over 4 hours exploring the Tigre Delta by boat in the sunshine - don’t forget to bring a hat and sunscreen! I am really glad I experienced this and chose Sergio. He’s a really fun, enthusiastic and kind man with a lot of knowledge that he loves to share about the Delta. Cristina did a great job with translating to English and all 3 of us had a lot of fun :) Side note: arriving to Tigre by train is really easy and cost effective - with trains running frequently. Retiro is the main station for the B.A centre. Make sure you have a SUBE card if you haven’t already (you can get it at the transport office at Retiro station amongst other places in the city).
We went to Tigre with no specific plans. We just knew we at least wanted to take a tour somewhere. Once we got off the train we were in luck and met some of the best tour guides ever! They showed us ideas of where we could go and visit and promised to make it kid oriented. They fulfilled that promise and more. We spent around 6 hours touring different areas that you will not experience with the larger tour groups. The kids got to play in the water while we ate lunch. Plus, we went way off the beaten path and got to see various ways the locals live. Like the hippie encampment. The best part is they knew the history to these areas as well and the local wildlife. 100% recommend to anyway not wanting a commercialized tour that does not feel unique. You will not find this experience for the price with any other place!!!
Paradise experience: we had the chance to share these good times with Etienne, our guide and zodiac driver, passionate like us of wild nature and calm. He made us discover the maze of small canals, he was able to stop the engine to allow us to savor the calm and observe the herons. We feasted on a local fish in a beautiful restaurant le blanco I believe, we stopped in Very Boca to discover life in these islands. Etienne served us as a very useful interpreter to resolve a cancellation of an evening made in error. Etienne is a discreet person, very attentive and with a real ecological mindset. Thank you for a wonderful day
Chère Annie, merci du fond du cœur pour tes mots. Nous espérons avoir la joie de te revoir très bientôt. Je t’embrasse avec affection.
A grateful surprise to know that there is an honest and serious Enterprise, which brought us wonderful experiences navigating the canals of the region of Tigres. It would not be possible to participate in this experience if we did not count on a differentiated and personalized care that was delivered to us. We have had a wonderful day and indicate without reservation the services of this Enterprise. Our guide, named Lautero, gave a real show in conducting this script. All we have to do is be immeasurably grateful for everything we have been offered.
Yesterday we went on a Tiger Delta safari with my husband and it was just wonderful. Sergio, our guide, was super friendly, attentive and very professional. He made us discover amazing places, outside the usual tourist circuits, and shared with us a lot of interesting information about the area, fauna, flora and local life. The tour was very well organized, it was relaxing and at the same time full of surprises. We really enjoy browsing the canals surrounded by nature, with perfect stops to appreciate the scenery and the peaceful Mood. A thousand thanks to Sergio for his good vibe, his knowledge and for making us live such a special day! We recommend this activity 100% if you are visiting the tiger delta.
This tour takes you in the heart of the delta that is off limits to the bigger tourist boats. Lautaro is a pro in navigating the small boat through even the smallest canal. He has a lot to tell about the local community, the wildlife and the delta. My highlight was the moment when we left the boat and walked the delta.
Sergio is the best Delta guide out there, knowledgeable and funny! Full of stories, empathetic and ready to accompany you through an unforgettable experience on his boat. We went through unexplored canals and rivers of a magic land, took a bath in the sun and had beers and food in one hidden bar where tourists don't usually go. I would come back anytime, and I'm sure I will! Gracias Sergio!
Hello Valerio, you are a very fun and authentic being of light. We had a day full of magic and philosophy. I hope to see you soon; we miss you so much. Big hugs!
An unforgettable visit!!! Sergio guided us in this maze of channels with great professionalism and sympathy! With his agile and fast boat, he showed us incredible places, which larger boats can not reach. A pristine jungle half an hour by train from the city. A unique place to visit absolutely!
Cara famiglia, il piacere è mio per avervi conosciuto, spero di vedervi presto. È stata una giornata piena di magia, sorrisi, giochi e tanto rispetto. Vi voglio bene e sappiate che avete un amico a Buenos Aires.
