Relaxing drive, accommodated drop off changes, offered phone charger to use. Nice music. Also was available an hour before expected pickup.

Sofia was phenomenal! My family and I don’t travel often and became slightly overwhelmed with all the details -like how to get from our hotel near Disney in Anaheim to universal studios and back on New Year’s Eve. The entire process through Viator was easy and the pick up and drop off was seamless. Sofia was professional, warm and helpful. She made us feel safe and comfortable and I highly recommend!

Our transportation experience was great! Our driver was on time both dropping off and picking up.
