Wonderful experience! Yvonne gave an interesting and thorough overview of the history of winemaking in Cinque Terre and we tasted three very different but delicious wines from the region. Then we walked through the vineyards on a lovely evening to see the older and newer approaches to viticulture with spectacular views of Manarola!
Wonderful local person talked about her family business, and the vineyards in this beautiful part of the world
Learned some history of wine making in Cinque terre which was informative. Sampled the wine and it was good. Walked up hill to see vineyard but didn’t see any grapes or harvesting going on. Great view
Incredible informative story of the history of winemaking in Cinque Terre. From a firsthand expert sommelier. Delightful conversation very small group. Highly recommend.
Very authentic! Focused on origins of one of the early families of the region. Great overview of the unique wine making process of the region. Fun and Yvonne was very warm and personable.
I would recommend this tour. As you get off the train just keep walking up the hill past the church. Our guide was excellent. It was clear that the wine business has been part of her whole life. Very knowledgeable. Wine was very good. The vineyard was my favorite part. It really is an amazing place. My husband and I took our three daughter 23, 21 and 18. They loved it too.

We thoroughly enjoyed the day, not least because we had an excellent driver/guide. As it turned out we were the only two passengers. We loved Volterra and enjoyed the wine tasting and Tuscan lunch. We did feel however, that the lunch did not meet expectations for the cost involved.
