To offer you a safe, high-quality surfing experience, we work with instructors, teams and small groups that are planned in advance. For this reason, we apply the following conditions: Cancellation by the client :✅ 24 hours or more before the class: Full refund (100%) or free rescheduling. •❌ Less than 24 hours before class: Non-refundable. •❌ No-show (no-show): Non-refundable. Cancellation by Ocean Life Tenerife : If we must cancel due to sea conditions, weather, lack of waves or safety reasons :•✅ You can choose between 100% refund or rescheduling at no additional cost. Packages or multi-day courses •✅ Free cancellation up to 3 days before start : 100% refund or change of dates. •❌ Within the previous 3 days:** Non-refundable, but you can reschedule once subject to availability. Date changes (no cancellation) •✅ You can reschedule for free if you give 24+ hours notice and availability. •⚠️ Changes after the deadline are subject to availability and have no monetary refund. Water safety and fun are our priority. We reserve the right to adjust activities or interrupt sessions if conditions require.
- Experience the ultimate surf adventure in Playa de Las Americas with Ocean Life Surf School. Enjoy private lessons, group sessions, and our stunning sunrise and sunset surf experiences, all designed to deliver the best waves and premium coaching. Lesson times may vary due to safety, tides, and optimal conditions, ensuring you always surf at the perfect moment. Sunrise, Sunset, and Group Lessons requires 3–5 surfers. To book our Polish, Russian, French, or Italian‐speaking instructors, reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Our Polish instructor, Thor, is available Sundays and Mondays only. Bookings made after 6 :00 PM require confirmation from our team. You will receive a message once your reservation is processed. If not, contact us at oceanlifetenerife@gmail.com or via WhatsApp. All bookings require prior confirmation to guarantee availability and the best ocean conditions.

I had a very enjoyable lesson with Jaime. As an improving beginner with most of my surfing to date in a wave pool in the UK I was keen to experience some larger waves and learn about how to position and catch ocean waves. Being with Jaime meant we avoided the busy beginner area and were in a nice break with just a few locals. A really great session and I learnt a lot and will be back again!

We had such an amazing experience with this surf school! Our instructor Jurek was incredible — super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about helping each of us improve. The lesson was perfectly tailored to every individual’s level, including my 7 year old, so everyone felt challenged but also supported and confident in the water. He even thought the kid the surf version of rock paper scissors game and it has been played on repeat at our household now. From the start, communication was excellent — really responsive and helpful when booking, and they suggested the best times and locations based on the conditions so we’d have the best chance to progress. During the session, the instructor gave clear, honest feedback and tons of encouragement, which made a huge difference. We had a blast and would recommend Jurek and Ocean Life school.

It was an amazing experience for me and my dad since we were both trying surfing in the ocean for the first time! I was so proud of myself and my father after the lesson!! The teacher was really attentive and helped us to improve our skills! 🩵 I would really recommend to try surfing here for everyone! 🏄♀️🌊

I can just recommend the surf school 😍 every surf instructor I had was very nice, helpful and openminded :) group and private lessons were both teached very well 👍🏼 also the girls in the office are super nice and fun people, if you have any questions about the school, the lessons, buying or renting surf- or skateboards and wetsuits they can answer any question 👌🏼 would always book again 😍
