It was a very pleasant tour. Maryelina, a guide from Marka Travel, took us to the Orosí viewpoint with a spectacular view of the valley. Afterward we entered Orosí, a beautiful place with a lot of history from the colonial era. That day the Sangre de Cristo procession was being celebrated. Afterward we visited a suspension bridge on the way to the Casona del Cafetal at Lake Cachí, where we enjoyed chorreadas with drip coffee. Then we passed by the Cachí dam and visited the ruins of Ujarrás, a colonial site of great importance. Finally we arrived in Cartago and entered the Basilica of Our Lady of the Angels and saw the Negrita. It was a day full of many beautiful experiences thanks to Maryelina and Marka Travel. The tour is highly recommended.
