The Uffizi Gallery is considered one of the most iconic and important museums in the world of art. Every year people from all over the world come to Florence to see with their own eyes all these incredible masterpieces and treasures that it contains. Together with our guide, plunge into this world, because he will lead you in the footsteps of the formation of Italian art. Marvel at the most iconic masterpieces created by Botticelli, Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Filippo Lippi, Caravaggio and others. Walking along the incredible beauty of the Uffizi corridors, full of graceful statues, portraits and painted ceilings, the guide will tell you about the history of the gallery itself, to whom it owes its origin, and thanks to whom we have such a unique opportunity to marvel the masterpieces of this museum - the powerful and magnificent Medici family!

My review is negative because in one of the most important museums in Europe, it is absurd to see the glass cases protecting the paintings covered with a layer of dust that prevents admiring the artworks, which in fact appear "wrapped in a fog."
Thanks for your feedback
Alex was exceptional in sharing her art knowledge and enthusiasm. Her sincere concern for providing a great experience was so evident. The gallery is extremely ceowded and she was most assertive but polite in ensuring our small group was positioned well to see wach work she spoke about. You won't be disappointed with Alex as your guide.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience and kind words about our guide, Alex. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed learning about Florence’s rich history and the Renaissance period — she’ll be thrilled to know her storytelling made a lasting impression! Thank you again for choosing Italy Pass Tours. We hope to welcome you on another tour soon — perhaps to explore more masterpieces
There was no tour. We were scammed. It was free entry Sunday. And skip the line was not allowed which is what we paid for. The tour guide DID NOT show up. Is and two other people were at the designated meeting place early and stayed late. Cost us a day of aggravation in Rome and we did not get on the Uffizi which was most important to us. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!
We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We take all feedback seriously, and we want to assure you that we are actively investigating the details of your negative review internally. We are committed to understanding what went wrong and using your valuable input to improve our service. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly at customer-care@italypasstours.com. We would be glad to assist you further and address your concerns personally.
We had an amazing and engaged tour guide that took us through some of the main highlights of the Gallery. Though only 1,5 hours for a place that massive is a bit short, so I would recommend anyone to take a tour that's slightly longer.
Thanks for booking with Italy Pass! Your guided tour will take you through the highlights of the Uffizi with a small group. A great perk is that your ticket lets you stay and explore the museum on your own after the tour is over.
The admission process was seemless. Our guide, Alex, was very knowledgeable and entertaining. We highly recommend the Uffizi guided tour and Alex!
Thank you for booking with Italy Pass.
Don't take a risk with this tour! One minute after booking this tour I tried to contact Italy Pass Tours to make a change, but I never received a response. Extremely poor customer service. If their management is like this, I can guess how the tour actually is.
Thank you for choosing Italy Pass! Your valuable feedback is crucial as we strive to enhance our experiences.
For a “skip the line tour” the guide was at least 30 minutes late. This delay affected the rest of our plans for the day. When the guide arrived she was frazzled. Headset didn’t work and when changed out, that one didn’t work either. For 3 of us, this tour was not inexpensive. Really wish I could get a refund or at least a partial refund.
We apologize that your experience wasn't ideal. Please reach out to us directly so we can look into the matter thoroughly. Our goal is always to ensure the smoothest possible experience for our guests.
The lady who took us around was probably an excellent teacher- she gave us very detailed information on each piece of art she showed us. I think it would have been helpful if she had asked what periods or artists we were interested in. She spent over a third of the time in medieval art, which the four of us were not interested in. I had to remind her that we only had an hour and a half, so she talked a little faster, but continued many details. We made it only as far as Michelangelo and Botticelli. If the original David was there, we never saw it. She also took very small slow steps, even though we left one member of our party, who had mobility problems, on a bench outside. This was my bucket list for Florence, and we were all very disappointed.
We regret to learn that your tour experience did not fully meet your expectations. We want to clarify that the tour you participated in was a semi-private, shared experience, not a private one. Our standard tours are designed to cover information generally relevant to most participants. For a more tailored experience, our private tours offer the opportunity to customize the itinerary based on individual interests. Additionally, the original David statue is located in the Accademia Gallery. Your tour focused on the Uffizi Gallery, which houses a different collection. If you have any further questions or require additional support, please feel free to reach out to us. Sincerely, Italy Pass
Administratively an absolute shambles- we arrived at the designated meeting point only to find a lot of other people waiting to go on tours and no rep!!! After fifteen minutes discovered the rep, standing 10 yards away with a tiny sign saying Italy Pass hidden behind his back! After a while we gathered that the guide had gone off with just 2 customers leaving 6 of us waiting around like lemons. The rep tried to phone the guide but it took him a good 10 minutes to even get her number- and then she didn’t answer anyway. Our tour was meant to be at 11:05, and we had all been there since at least 10 minutes before. Eventually the rep did some sort of deal with another guide operator who offered us the tour at 12:45, which we did. The museum is absolutely enormous, and so an hour and a half barely scratched the edges, though the guide was knowledgeable, and ran us swiftly through medieval art through to Leonardo da Vinci and Michealangelo , where our meter ran out. Will probably have to go back quite a few more times. Semi private is a misnomer- there is nothing private about it, as you are there with the rest of the hoards, and as it’s via a radio linked earpiece it could have been for 30, instead of the eight and it wouldn’t have made any difference to what you, the customer got. All in all a stressful experience that cost a lot for what you got. If it had started on time, there might have been a chance to carry on round the museum, but e had to leave as we had other commitments
My tour was set for 11 o’clock, but I received an email if I could come at 10:30 and to arrive 15 minutes early. Got there at 10 o’clock and waited and the tour didn’t leave till 1045. This was supposed to be a quick entrance and took 40 minutes to get in. People within individual tickets got in a lot quickerThe person with the tickets had to run back and get more tickets for other members because she didn’t have enough.
