Laura was a great guide and teacher, adding so much history and information about the art, painters and patrons that the trip through the gallery really came alive. She also knew the gallery layout so that we could focus on the works and not on navigation. It was a wonderful experience to have her and we will do it again when we return. There is so much to learn and appreciate!
Our guide Caterina was highly professional and very nice. Thanks to her we spent two magnificent hours discovering the second floor of the Uffizi Gallery
Grazie mille sono contenta che vi siua piaciuta la nostra super guida Caterina!!! Alla prossima!

The tour never happened. We were there well ahead of time, exactly where the directions instructed us to be, at gate 3 next to a specific monument, and the guide never showed up. Other guides in the area were trying to help us and confirmed that sometimes it happens, fraudulent ads.

Overall I found this tour terribly disappointing. Just to be clear, what you are paying for is just the guide, he/she will ask for the gallery ticket money which is another 34 euro....it is on the paperwork but in the fine print. This may be skipping the line but you still have to wait for a good part of an hour....one guy is checking tickets on the way in...??? The tour guide is obviously very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does....we had 9 on our tour...no audio help....if you wanted to hear what she was saying you had to be very close....not ideal. We spent the best part on an hour and 20 minutes in front of about 10 paintings all glorious mind you in 3 or 4 of the top floor galleries of madona and child...all very similar...she was pointing out the most minute details of each in turn.....after that time we very well sprinted through a couple of other galleries on the ground floor to look at some work of Michaelangelo ...then quick as a flash she was gone. I understand we could have stayed and looked around ourselves but after 2 really quite uninteresting hours we'd had enough.
Would bother with this one...it isn't worth the money. Find another one from someone local.

The most excellent tour guide his name is Andrea we ever encountered. Educated in art history, experienced in providing tours, excellent English-speaking ability, energetic, knowledgeable, and exceptionally informative. Andrea made this experience one of the best possible.

Amazing museum tour from an equally amazing guide. I loved that we were allowed to go back in the museum to revisit our favorites once the guided tour was completed.

We waited for half an hour for some no shows. We could have gotten in on our own in that time. The cost if the tour does NOT include entry tickets, be prepared to pay extra $16 euros pp. The guides English was not great, and I was disappointed in her tour. I wouldn't recommend it.

Tour guide was very informative and really helped you understand and give more meaning to all the works of art in the museum.

Very good guide. She provided good insights into what we saw at the museum and guided us easily through the museum.
