The learning and history of all the pieces including culture. different periods in history that influenced art and life in Florence specifically the Medici family
Marcello was very informative and entertaining with many anecdotes and funny tales. He kept the tour moving on schedule and sensitive to everyone’s needs and energy level. The combination of Accademia and Uffizi was great. Uffizi concentrated on the highlights of the painting collection, but there’s so much more to see- it was a great introduction.
This long tour of both museums was excellent. Our tour guide, Natalia, really brought the art to life for us. I had already studied many of these works in art history classes and couldn’t believe all that I learned from this tour guide that I didn’t know before. Well worth the time and money, but ask for Natalia!
Lines were long. Tour guide was terrific. She really explained a lot about various statues. There were places to sit if needed.
Guides were very knowledgeable and great at making sure we saw the highlights. Accord tours was very organized and it was easy to find our meeting points.
Mixed review here because our experience with the Accademia portion was horrendous, but our experience with the Uffizi portion was excellent. For the Accademia, our experience trying to find the tour meet up spot was terrible and we were unable to get the full tour at the gallery, only catching the last 10 minutes of the tour. We messaged the coordinator multiple times on What’s App 10 minutes ahead of our tour since we had yet to see anyone in a yellow vest but we did not receive any response. Real lack of communication on their part! There were also multiple other people with us that were lost and unclear where to meet (DO NOT click the “get directions buttons as they take you to the incorrect place. You have to physically type in the address they provide which takes you much further down the street than the “get directions” button.) After over 10 minutes of trying to get in touch with them and figure out where we needed to go, we got our tickets and were told that the tour wasn’t waiting for us. We also had to stand in a long line of people for an additional 30 minutes, making us miss 90% of our tour. The tour itself was not great either and you could hardly hear anything they were saying since the gallery was noisy and there was no audio assistance. Honestly this portion of the tour felt like a big grift. For the Uffizi portion, the directions were clear and the tour guide was exceptional, engaging us with questions and visual cues in a binder to help us learn and understand the context of the art in more detail. There was also audio assistance so we could hear what she was saying in the noisy gallery. She was very nice and pleasant to be around, and was helpful with coordinating everything and making sure we had everything we needed. When asking for a partial refund (Accademia portion only) due to fact that we did not receive the service that we paid for, Viator essentially told us no and that that their directions were fine. Hopes this review helps other people looking for tours, and also signals to Accord Solutions that they need to fix their directions for the Accademia portion and have more clear communication with their clientele.
I recently booked a couple of tours with Accord and had a fantastic experience. They were extremely organized and efficient, ensuring that I received my tickets as soon as possible. The welcoming hosts added to the experience, and I can't wait to book with them again soon.

Great tour! Very informative. Tatiana and Rossella were both so Knowledgeable and passionate tour guides.
So happy we had tickets to get into the Accademia. Everyone should visit the David what a masterpiece. Our guide gave us the history of the paintings on the wall and about Florence.
The tours of the Accademia and Uffizi gallery were wonderful. Our guides were knowledgeable and friendly. We were exhausted by the end of the day, but there was so much to see and learn.
