Uco Valley Wineries Day with Private Driver
Description
Spend a wonderful unforgettable day, visiting the wineries of Uco Valley and tasting great wines while enjoying the Andes Mountains views whit a glass of Malbec. We will pick you up at your accommodation in the morning (usually 9.10 am) and start our drive South through the iconic Route 40 to a point where we will turn to the West to start going up to the Valley. It takes about an hour fifteen to arrive to the Uco Valley. During this day, we will visit: - 3 wineries, with tastings of 4/5 wines and tour in 2 of them and a Gourmet courses lunch paired with wines in the third one. - We usually visit: Domaine Bousquet, Andeluna or Salentein and La Azul. If you like small ones also Escala Humana or Finca Adelma are good ideas as well as Finca Sophenia) We can customize according to days/language availability and your interest of course! We start our way back to the city at around 4 pm to be in Mendoza at 5.30 pm Come enjoy a memorable day!

Located at about an hour drive from Mendoza City and at 1300 meters asl (4265 feets) the Uco Valley region is synonym of exceptional terroir and stunnings views of the Andes Mountains. Uco Valley has become the paradigm of great Malbecs. In a setting of unparalleled beauty with the Andes as a backdrop and in a relaxed atmosphere we will visit different wineries and taste the best wines. We are experts in the Uco Valley region and will choose for your the best places for visiting, tasting and having amazing argentinian lunch. Come with us for your unforgettable day in Uco Valley During the tour we visit 3 wineries: - 2 wineries for visit and tasting of 4/5 wines - A 3rd winery for a delicious courses lunch paired with wines. IMPORTANT! : for tasting and lunch during the day consider around usd 150 per person (in the "All inclusive" option that is included). WE LIST 6 WINERIES but keep in mind that during a day we visit 3 of them.

Nowardays the winery belongs to the argentian Barale family.
Salentein is known as the Cathedral of the Vallley. And we consider it the perfect match of majestic arquitecture, combined with a world class art gallery, breathtaking landscape, one of its kind cellar and very good wines. It is a "Must" of the Valley! We usually include SALENTEIN; but is also possible to customize your day, including some other winery. Visit and tasting at Salentein is about USD 35 per person
La Azul is a friendly argentinian style, casual and relaxed place. A family own winery and restaurant with great argentinian food, paired with excellent wines. Super recommended!!
Option: FINCA ADELMA Winery Finca Adelma is a small, family-run winery where you can enjoy a warm, personalized experience, tasting exquisite wines paired with cheeses and delicious empanadas. It’s a perfect complement to a visit to a larger winery—like our favorite among the big names, Bodega Salentein—and a great way to see how small and large players coexist in the majestic Uco Valley. We love Finca Adelma! Domaine Bousquet: Organic. Biodynamics. Domaine Bousquet is a renowned winery known for its high-altitude vineyards and commitment to organic and sustainable winemaking practices. The winery has an breathtaking view of the Andes.
**PLEASE NOTE THAT THE AMOUNT FOR VISIT AND TASTING IS INCLUDED ONLY IN THE "ALL INCLUSIVE" OPTIONS. **If you choose only "Uco Valley Day with Private Driver"; you pay at each winery for Wine Tastings and Lunch. **Depending on the day of the tour and availabilities lunch can be at La Azul, Andeluna or Domaine Bousquet.

We had an amazing experience with Sebastian for our Uco Valley tour. He promptly picked us up from our hotel and took us to three wineries. The entire experience was stress free and very enjoyable. Patricia organized our schedule and we loved the variety of destinations. One smaller family winery, the power house of Salentein and an amazing four course lunch at Andeluna. Highly recommend this tour!

We did the full day Uco Valley tour and we really loved it. Sebastian is a great guide and he speaks multiple languages (english, spanish, italian and french!). He’s very knowledgeable about the area and super friendly, and we really loved chatting with him in the car during the trip. The tour takes you to two wineries during the morning (we did Bodega Salentein and Finca Adelma) and one final winery for lunch with unlimited wine (at Bodega Andaluna in our case). We chose the all inclusive option and we didn’t have to worry about any of the entrance fees to the bodegas, Patricia and Sebastian arranged everything for us (including lunch). The wine was fantastic and the lunch was unreal, with really stunning views of the Andes. The tour offered a really good mix of a smaller boutique bodega (Adelma) and larger one (Salentein). I would 100% book again and I would highly recommend the tour to anyone looking to discover Valle the Uco while in Mendoza. Muchas gracias Sebastian!!!

This is a great way to experience the Uco Valley without driving. Patricia was amazing. Very knowledgeable, with very good local information and most of all fun. It was helpful to also be able to learn while driving around, not just while at the wineries. We had a nice balance of larger wineries (Salentein) and medium sized (Anduluna). Lunch at La Azul was very relaxing and the bottomless glasses of wine help everyone truly enjoy our day in the Uco Valley. I am a wine maker and winery owner so this review comes with the perspective of 100’s of winery visits. Thanks Patricia

There are a lot of great reviews for Patricia, who we met, but as she was busy with others , she organized an associate to take us for the day. Gustavo was excellent. I could not imagine a better driver and guide. Intelligent, knowledgeable, friendly and communicative. He made the ride to and from the Uco Valley go very quickly and was very familiar with the wineries we chose to visit and gave good tips along the way.

This is a lovely experience with guide Patricia. She took us to two outstanding wineries where we had informative tours and delirious tastings. Highly recommend. Then we had a delicious meal at another winery with “unlimited” wine! The Uco Valley is a “can’t miss” region of Mendoza, and taking the tour with Patricia is wonderful. We really enjoyed meeting her!
