10/10 The flight was spectacular. the pilot wask brillant, skimming over jawdropping scenery for easy photos. 3/10 But my experience with Tripadvisrr was very negative. I easily booked the flight for 2, paid $600 but they took out $600 USA which was over $1000 NZ. It took half an hour to resolve the issue.
Heli ride was incredible. Great pilot, very professional and safe. Landed on glacier for about 10 minutes. All staff was also great.
Excellent experience. Had to reschedule a few times due to weather but this was no fuss. Pilot Tom knew his stuff.

We had initially booked the longer option (40 minutes including Mount Cook). Unfortunately, due to the weather, flying over Mount Cook was not possible due to the weather conditions, but the short 30-minute option was definitely worth it. Something to remember.

The experience was unreal. The weather was ideal for viewing and landing on the glacier. It was our 3rd attempt ( first one in the morning timeslot) and we were so glad we got to do it. Staff were friendly and accomadating. Highly recommend and defintely choose mornings if possible.
