Great experience, great tour, very beautiful and interesting. The driver also guided the tour, she was very well informed, nice, relaxed and funny. A pleasant ride. The best!
Tiago may have been our best guide ever! Showed us every important site in historic Sintra. Friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic! Would highly recommend this tour!
We popped out of the Sintra train station, and right into Luisa's Tuk Tuk. What a fantastic guide, and fun person she is! We had a wonderful day zipping around. First the basics: The price was fine, for everything we saw, the fun we had, and the lively conversation with Luisa - we talked about history, Portugal in general, bits about Sintra, music, Sintra nature, cork trees, life and everything! The Tuk Tuk is the way to go - a cute vehicle that really zips. It was my BF and I, and we popped for the whole afternoon tour. Worth it! We were beset by the flooding and general bad weather in Portugal that was happening at this time - the castles were closed - road damage, but we were able to view them from a short distance, and get all the relevant details. Luisa knows her Portuguese history, and she delivers her stories with humor, fun and great information! Weather conditions are NOT the fault of the tour company, and we alleviated them as best we could. Luisa is a native of the area, and her affection for her home really shows in her enthusiastic tours. We saw: Azenhas de Mar Colares (a charming small village RIGHT on Azenhas de Mar) We admired it from the coast. Cabo de Roca Pena Palace (outside) Cascais nature, birds, and a bit of storm damage! We ended up in Sintra, in the commercial/tourist area - which was charming, with lots of shops and restaurants. This tour, though, was definitely the highlight. Highly recommended!!!
Very friendly. Very informative. Not rushed. Lots of local information. Tiago was very personable and knowledgeable
This was one of the best experiences in Portugal. Tiago is an excellent guide and made sure we had a memorable tour despite weather not being in our favour. Somehow the misty conditions just added to his stories about the history and folklore of Sintra. I would highly recommend booking with Tiago for a tour.
We had a great time in this tour. Luísa was a great tour guide, she talked a lot about every stop that we made. She really made the tour interesting and fun!
We had a wonderful day with Luisa in Sintra and on the coast. The ride with the TucTuc was a lot of fun for us.
Luisa was super nice and helpful in making us tour along the coast and to the villages. She stopped often to explain some sights and viewpoints and to take pictures. A really nice girl, very happy to have done the tour with her, obrigado! 🫶🏻
Due to the country closing roads we couldn’t access all the sites but still had the best time. Luisa was great! Such a beautiful area and got to learn a lot along the way. Highly recommend!
The guide is called Tiago and is mega friendly and endeavoured. He loves his region and his country! His explanations are competent and interesting. He knows many small details and he shows a lot of patience. He is very punctual and warm. It takes individual needs into account and is very reliable. Very good and perfect. Again and again!
