We'll pick you up from a Limassol location of your choice. Our team guarantees you a fantastic day out - we'll make the most of your time with us and take you on a bespoke journey through Cyprus villages. On this brilliant small group wine tour, you'll visit 2 carefully selected wineries within the Troodos mountains. Each boutique winery you'll visit is family-owned and you'll be trying a selection of dry whites, rosés and reds plus the traditional sweet wine Commandaria. You'll tour the premises of one winery to learn about the process and through each tasting session you'll discover the indigenous grape varieties of the island. On this scenic mountain tour you'll enjoy the rural villages and meet real locals - plus the opportunity to buy wine at fantastic prices!

In Omodos you'll receive a guided tour and enjoy a traditional products tasting, a visit to an old wine press and time to shop at the local craft workshops. We'll then sit down for an authentic meze lunch with drinks - all included in the price.

You'll have the chance to wonder the museums and learn about the history of Cyprus.

If you do not see your pickup location on the list at the time of booking - please go ahead with your booking and in the unlikely case that we cannot fulfil the pick-up - a full refund will be processed. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CRUISE SHIP PASSENGER BOOKINGS THROUGH VIATOR / TRIPADVISOR - PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY. PLEASE NOTE: We offer bespoke journeys into the Troodos mountain range and therefore the itineraries stated are subject to change with the season and the locals available to host us. The timings are a guideline and if you must be back at your accommodation at a certain time - YOU MUST LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE. PLEASE NOTE: The Troodos mountain range spans Larnaca, Limassol, Paphos and Nicosia and it is in the mountainous areas of these districts that you find the rural villages of Cyprus. This tour DOES NOT visit Troodos Square and will only visit various villages within the Troodos mountain region.

Great tour. Good communication with Louisa before the tour and a fun day at the two wine stops. Elena is so nice and a great driver. Lunch was delicious although far too much food!

This tour is a must-do if you are interested in Cypriot wine and food! We had a wonderful day with Georgina going to two wineries in the Commandaria region of the Troodos Mountains, going to a waterfall, and touring Omodos. We also had a wonderful lunch in Omodos and were able to sample a wide variety of different dishes. The tour was well paced, and Georgina is a gem—very knowledgeable, personable, kind, and just fun to be around. She made sure everyone was taken care of, including bringing umbrellas, which saved us during an unexpected storm! In addition, the wineries were both very charming, with very good, well-priced wine. And the scenery was lovely. One of the best tours I’ve been on; highly recommend it!

A fantastic trip into the Troodas Mountains with our tour guide Panico who is local and passionate about sharing the rural organic treasures Cypress has to offer together with his in depth knowledge of the history of the region. This tour is a must do while visiting Cyprus . Our tour guide Georgina was so amazing that she was illustrating everything you wanna know and took some outstanding pictures during our tour . 6 of us traveled by cruise ship to Limassol. We had a fantastic day visiting a shop that made rose oil products including many facial moisturizers and body lotions. We then visited a shop with various foods including jams, fruits etc. Our tour included lunch which ended up being a 4-5 course feast fit for a dinner. The food and wine was plentiful, actually such an over abundance of food that we couldn’t eat all of it. We followed up the lunch with a visit to a wonderful winery that made sparkling wine, red wine, dessert wine & a 45% liquor that was potent yet smooth. Visiting with the wine makers was a very special highlight of our day. We were fortunate to buy a few bottles and managed to get it back on the cruise ship for our enjoyment. The day finalized with free time in a hill town for exploring and shopping. The Limassol region is definitely a place I would like to visit again due to our excursion. I think it would be a challenge to enjoy this port of call if we hadn’t been on this exciting. We highly recommend!!!

We really, really enjoyed this tour! We were taken to two small wineries, both of them with excellent wines. We also visited Omodos, a picturesque village with a beautiful historic monastery, where we had some free time. Lunch was a lot of fun too, with lots of different dishes. We had a great time and learned a lot. Our guide Georgina was the best!!! 👌🙂

Had a very enjoyable time on this day trip, it was a good mix of sight seeing, food and wine sampling and a great Meze lunch, so so many tasty dishes! Georgina our guide for the day was very friendly and knowledgeable and this made for a very enjoyable experience helped by the fact that there was only 6 of us on the tour which made it more personal which we much preferred. We have already recommended this tour to our family who will be visiting Paphos next year. Thank you once again Georgina and Cyprus Taste Tours.
