The weather was not good enough ti see the auroras during the cruise, but we had a nice dinner and the information shared by tbe crew was very nice. Emma (?) was our host and she did a great work explaining everything Arctic and aurora related. She even gave us a condensed history about the explorers. It was a nice experience, too bad tbe weather was not on our side.
The cruise was really nice. The 3-Course Dinner was high quality, delicious and with vestiges of local ingredients, which made it even more special. I haven't experienced the actual Nothern Lights on the occasion, but the tour was definitely worth it. Excellent option for couples and families.
Everything we expected and more - excellent food (my gluten issue impeccably tackled), wonderful guides and aurora borealis on top! The latter should never be taken for granted, so thank you, northern lights! 😉
An hour before we left we received a call that there was a problem with the boat. They suggested we go to dinner or get back together. None of the options were viable for us. We request refund. So far nothing has been done.
Food was delicious, the guides were great - and we were lucky to see the Aurora a few times on our journey. Even if we hadn't been though - the nighttime views were stunning.
Exceeded our expectations, really good quality meal, lovely hostesses (Ellie, Venga, Roxanna.. so sorry didn't get all the names). We were super lucky with the Aurora too! Very informative talks throughout too which were just right.
A lovely way to spend the evening on the water, and in our case, see some amazing NLights. It’s pretty casual, and well organised, and the Food is fine for what it is, and you’re on a small boat.
Our guides Alberto, Emma and Sandra (apologies if I misheard your names) were terrific. Even though there was a mixup with my ticket, they were very accommodating and kept dropping by to check if I needed anything. We were also really lucky and saw some incredible aurora displays from the boat.
We were sent incorrect information by Viator. We were told the meeting point was 19.15. On arrival they had just removed the gangplank and were leaving. Luckily they let us on the boat. There was a lot ot tutting and eye rolling from other passagers. The crew said that they knew of this problem and it would have been ok as they would refunded our money and we could re book. But we wouldn't have been able to as it it was our last night. This needs to be fixed asap to avoid spoiling people's vacation plans. We did not see any lights but the trip itself was a nice change. The food was good and the staff friendly and entertaining. As with most things here it is expensive for what it is. I am happy we did it but would not return.
Beautiful tour Staff very friendly and good explanations Food: Portions could have been larger, in the main course side dish e.g. potatoes or instead of bread we would have wished, otherwise very delicious
