Decent self-guided tour

A decent walking tour. We were in town for a few hours and wanted to hit some highlights. The nice thing is the app helps guide you from any starting point, but this cost is a bit much.

Could not figure out how to access the walking tour on my phone to save my life. Disgusted

I could not figure out how to open and use this app to save my life! I am completely disgusted. I would like my money back. I have booked a tour with a human today separately

Operator response

I'm checked your booking. You received an email with instructions in the same minute you made the booking. I checked and the message was sent and received.... You are leaving us a 1 start review for a tour you didn't experience? Why not reach out for help? We would have loved to help you out. Please get in touch with us.

Two Thumbs Up!

The narration will not start until you enter each area of interest. If you detour from the route it’s easy to find your way back to where you detoured. I highly recommend this city walking tour! There were points of interest I would have missed without it, like the Three Kings House! If you want to tour the museum and Karl Marx house you should allow yourself a full day.

Loveless, sloppy AI translation from English

1) Sloppy AI translation from English: There is no Meatstreet in Trier and no Lower Castle. You “enjoy” “bathing pleasures” and “organize” “events” in the spas. It doesn't even take a Germanist to correct it. 2) Some waypoints consist only of numbers , no audio, no text. At the artisan fountain, for example: „36“. Ready! 3.) We booked the “duo” as a couple. However, the discount to 2xSingle was *not a discount*, but a *performance reduction*: With this tariff, both smartphones may not be separated. Once, when I separated from my wife for a few minutes, it stopped working for her. What are you doing? If you have to stay together, you can also listen to a smartphone in pairs! 4) Why then in the evaluation two and not just one point: I must praise the Service: I didn't find the 6-digit code right away, called and a friendly young lady could help me immediately. Thank you!

I have no rating. Because you don't enjoy it.

I couldn't get the application. It was complicated to get the code to open the app. I'm sorry, because I had great expectations to know better the place I was visiting

Operator response

Discover....

Small town very pleasant to walk around and which contains lots of beautiful monuments: the porta Nigra, the best preserved gate of the ancient world, the cathedral which, alone, groups almost all European architectural styles since antiquity and the Hauptmarkt Square which resembles the place of a doll village with its houses with colorful facades, its baroque fountain and all the displays of flowers, fruits and vegetables....
